Amaros is okay, the service was great, our server was nice, and the food was also good, but not spectacular. Small portions also. My wife an split the entree (salmon dish) and it barely fed me. We sat in the atrium which was really private. Parking was iffy, but that’s expected since it's downtown.

Stopped in on a whim and ordered some food to go. Saw it was happy hour and decided to try some menu items I hadn't previously. The burger (rare) with bacon was phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend and order again. The Quesabiria was very good, but a bit small of a portion. That said, great (if not perfect) crisp on the tortilla and the biria flavor pops just right. I try to order the quesabiria everywhere I can, and this one is up near (if not) at the top).
I ordered 2 plates of the ricotta doughnuts and just couldn't finish them after the first two courses. Brought a 3rd order home for my wife along with the fried chicken sando, steak sando, and daily risotto.
All-in-all top notch spot.

We (4 adults and 4 kids) came for dinner last night and had a really good time. The restaurant is within an office building, with sections that take you through a lobby, which is unusual but whimsical somehow. The food was so good, consistent and interesting that I couldn't find any fault. As someone who does a lot of cooking it's really difficult to find a place with such good food and cocktails. They even brought us complimentary fresh-baked donuts, which were delicious.

We had a fantastic meal on our date night before the theatre. From the greeting as we walked in, the service and the food were all exceptional.
I especially enjoyed the Blackened Ahi and corn fritters appetizers. The sauce on the Ahi was flavorful and had a nice kick to it without it being overwhelming. My wife had the Rustic chicken and I had the Marsala, both dishes were fantastic, tender, perfectly cooked chicken; and we were both huge fans of the marsala sauce.
The NA cocktails were sharp and sweet and the flavor from the NA gin was perceptible and welcomed to balance the drink.
I opted for a classic version of the Affogato, and while this was not strictly on the menu, my request was attended to with no fuss at all, and we received a complimentary plate of Ricotta doughnuts from the maître d.
For a first visit to the restaurant, we had an overwhelmingly exceptional experience, and will be making a return visit.
A big thanks to our waiting staff too, its unforgivable that I cannot recall her name, but she was delightfully unintrusive, whilst maintaining the right amount of attentiveness throughout the experience.

My first visit to Amaro’s. Went to the Downtown location. Kevin was our server. It was a late lunch so we were too hungry to take photos but everything was beyond amazing. Had the cocktails, risotto, and fried chicken. This was my first dining experience since moving to the PNW where the recommendations were spot on. Everyone was right. This place is divine and Kevin going through cocktail options and providing ricotta donuts on the house after just sealed the deal. Everyone needs to go here. Prices, food quantity, food quality. All top tier! My two guest with me agreed.
I had my anniversary dinner and ate the BEST steak sandwich I’ve ever experienced, juicy tender and flavorful. The soup of the day was perfect. Presentation top notch, and food top notch. The price wasn’t even that bad either for a romantic dinner, under $80 for two people.

It was my first time here tonight, and I was very pleasantly surprised! Everything was great: food, ambiance, wait times, etc. but I have to give an extra special shout out to our server Rachael. The perfect amount of checking up on a table and making sure we were good. Her suggestions were also great! She recommended my friend a drink that she absolutely loved, we chatted about the specials and she told me more about the sides that came with the entree I ordered and what was popular with other guests. She made sure we were so well taken care of and my friend and I were talking about how we would definitely be back. Great service aside, the food was fantastic. I tried my friends dish and both were perfectly seasoned. The portion of the fried chicken I got was massive! Plenty to take home and share or save for later. The doughnuts for dessert were really good too, tasted super fresh. Overall great experience and will be back very soon!
