Michael and Natalie are very poor managers. The worst applebees I've ever been to. I personally saw a cook LICK his fingers, will be reporting to the health department. Disgusting.

The food was delicious. I had a ribeye steak, and my friend had a salmon salad. Both the steak and the salmon were perfectly cooked. We had an amazing server who was so bubbly and friendly. Will be going back again!

Honestly would give zero stars here. Went to another location had great service. If you are disabled don't come here. The manager was very short and provided no compassion i am am amputee I had my wife go in to see of there was seating available for a wheelchair where my wife my daughter and I could sit. They said yes I went in with my family they had prepared a seat for me then asked fir my 17 year old daughters I'd we had no idea we were sitting in an area she couldn't be in since we asked in advance for seating and that's where we were seated. When we asked where we could be seated the bar waitress and manager seemed puzzled and kept bringing up my daughter being under age my daughter felt like a pariah and our family dinner out was destroyed I will boycott this place forever I own my own business for 17 years in this town if I were you whoever owns this fire the manager and bar server

Sahara was awesome! From the moment we sat down, she had us laughing and feeling like we’d known her forever. She’s got the perfect mix of funny, chill, and professional. Made the whole experience way better than your typical dinner out.

Horrible experience. As a party of 7 we came in to celebrate after a graduation around 8pm. From the jump, the hostess had a major attitude & said it would be a 30 min wait, even though there were several open tables & they were not busy at all. The hostess said we should try another Applebee's that might be quicker. Then she overheard us talking about going to Red Robin instead, & said we should go there because they're open until 10pm. Clearly we were not welcome in this restaurant. So we left to go to Red Robin instead. I would recommend better customer service training & be more professional for the hostess as this is a hospitality type of business. She could be pushing more potential customers away & lose more money as well, by not representing the restaurant well at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to come here based on our brief but horrible experience.
