Stopped by our neighborhood Applebee’s the other night because we couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. We seated ourselves immediately upon arrival in the bar, which was great because we showed up during happy hour. There was a bit of a delay before anyone came over to greet us or take our food/drink order. After being seated for a bit, one of the female bartenders came by and brought us waters and then another server took over because their shift started. Once service picked up, the experience was much better. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the happy hour specials were an especially great value for both food and drinks. However, 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered was barely warm when we received it, as if it was done and had been sitting there awhile before it was brought out to our table. Elliot was an excellent server—very friendly, patient, and professional. He made sure to check in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive and was happy to answer questions and make suggestions. His attentive service definitely stood out and made the visit more enjoyable. Overall, a solid experience with good food, great happy hour deals, and standout service once things got rolling. With slightly quicker initial service and fresher/hotter appetizers, this would easily be a five-star spot.

Michael and Natalie are very poor managers. The worst applebees I've ever been to. I personally saw a cook LICK his fingers, will be reporting to the health department. Disgusting.

The food was delicious. I had a ribeye steak, and my friend had a salmon salad. Both the steak and the salmon were perfectly cooked. We had an amazing server who was so bubbly and friendly. Will be going back again!
