My boyfriend and I most often get takeout from this location (on Mill Plain BLVD). The very few times anything has ever been wrong on an order - and those rare times that I would have time to stop by and hope to replace it - all of the staff, and the manager on duty were always very attentive, friendly, welcoming, apologetic, and were able to fix the order right away. We especially appreciate Veronica - who helps take orders and runs the bar. She's got a great attitude, very friendly, patient, upbeat, and has excellent customer service. She automatically reads back the details of our order, and ensures it is checked before/upon pick up. She makes us want to go in in-person just to get a drink from her because she's such a ray of sunshine! Thank you to all the staff for your consistent, friendly customer service! Apart from the having to wait a little bit to get our orders in we had a great drink selection for happy hour, ordered our appetizer and made great selections for dinner from the 2 for $27 menu.We will return.

Worked here before. Kitchen is caked in mold and filth, management is burnt out and hold delusional standard. Eat anywhere else.
Chicken Alfredo was very dry and had very little Alfredo sauce. Brought this to the attention of the waitress and she asked if we would like more sauce. Reviewing the bill, we were charged for the extra sauce. When I asked the waitress why, her response was, "we don't give away free food" in a very condescending tone. The extra sauce charge was $2, so the cost really wasn't the point. Will never.see any more of my money. Poorest service in my 56 years.
