Very disappointed if you watch the commercials about how big there food is don't believe it. I actually went out of my way to get there fish sandwich just to find they didn't have it anymore. I ordered a turkey burger just to get an average quality and disappointing small burger. But the fries were good

So they initially couldn’t find my order for like 10 minutes which was a little frustrating but the meal was amazing. Usually, I don’t expect much from fast food, but these sandwiches actually looked like the advertisements. The woman working there was very nice and gave me the perfect amount of fries so I ended up having enough to share. A great experience and this location will be my new go-to Arby’s!

I saw a small line at this location my husband and i had a great experience the staff members very friendly happy crew Josue made our trip here wonderful love the hussle loved the food thank you for restoring my faith in customer service will tell others best in Vancouver

They had only just opened for the day and someone hadn't put the spouts on the sauces, yet. I didn't realize it in time and I squirted Arby's hot sauce all over the front of my shirt. That sucked, but the food was tasty.

How is this restaurant rated at 4.0 overall? The portions (mainly meat on my sandwich) was abysmal. I had 2 thin slices of brisket on my sandwich. Plus, it was super dry with little barbecue sauce. The cashier that took my order barely acknowledged my existence and then reluctantly served me with a frown. I was totally disappointed with my experience at this location.
