They are not friendly to people that are homeless that has pets and I do not allow us to tie our dog to the pole to get food to order and sit down and enjoy your meal while it's nice and hot no I will never go back to Arby's ever again and they have lost my service for good can I recommend anybody that has dogs that are walking around and do not stop at Arby's not friendly workers in there at all 💔😭💔😭💔😭💔

Staff are friendly but overwhelmed. Placed an online order with an estimated 5 minute wait. Got inside to pick it up and found lots of people waiting for orders. Ended up taking almost 45 minutes to get our food!!!
I had an absolutely lovely experience in the drive-through tonight. Elijah was very sweet and very attentive to details. Everything on my order was correct and he even doublechecked everything when we were ordering. Stellar customer service and professional, while remaining fun and personable at the same time. Someone give Elijah a raise. He deserves it.

I don't go to Arby's a lot, because the customer service has been pretty hit and miss for me in the past, but tonight was different. Both at the speaker and at the window Trinity was professional, kind, and did a great job giving us excellent customer service. When we go back again it's going to be because of her.
I was having a craving for chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was cold,dry and hard. The bun was like leather seems like it Sat on the shelf too long I was so disappointed I'll probably never go there again. Also the root beer was flat Such a disappointment
