Had food ready in the diplay but refused to sell us any, twice. Did not say why. Lady with the nose ring had a attitude. Good luck with that business philosophy.

Received 2 pizza pretzels and 1 almond crunch pretzel, the pretzels taste hard and they were burnt on the bottom, I didn’t not receive fresh pretzels, these pretzels tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for hours, not please with the food at all and it’s is over priced for the quality of food I received, will not recommend.

I’ve traveled across the country to multiple auntie Anne’s and this on hands down is the best. The cleanest auntie Anne’s and always has the freshest pretzels 🥨 you guys keep up the great work!!!

I have spent so much money in this place I cater here for almost all my parties and have gotten great service but what I got tonight at around 3:00 p.m. was disgusting absolutely disgusting. I waited a total of 32 minutes to get hot dog bites. I had asked a total of four times how long it will be in a very simple manner and the fourth time when they kept telling me it would be 3 minutes every time I said hey it's a little over 3 minutes do you actually really know how longer it's going to be then all of a sudden a girl with long oily black hair started yelling at me I don't know how to describe or the only thing I know is she had bad acne and braces and she spent almost 12 minutes screaming at me about we are busy We are this and we are that and then the Chinese guy next to her started in on it too he said oh yeah I'm just sitting here standing around I'm not working at all I'm not busy trying to be funny and then the other guy who with the colored frosted or blonde kind of hair or greenish blonde I only can't remember he started in on it too so a total of four people started screaming at me because I asked how long it was going to be for the fourth time when I waited 32 minutes with three kids they were screaming and yelling and harassing me so bad I was in shock so I definitely an absolutely recorded them which was my right and they kept harassing me about recording them which is the usual when someone has something to hide and not to mention that they had no courtesy for three little kids that were with me My kids were so traumatized by their behavior the youngest one started crying and this is the kind of people that Annie's has working there I'm shocked absolutely shocked then I just said at one point just give me my refund and I'm leaving I don't need to deal with this and be harassed and then they called security and I called security also because they were give me a hard time about giving my my refund and they kept asking me over and over which order was yours. And the oddest thing they had a huge line and they had so much time to argue with me which I thought they were busy lol but kept the line waiting I was shocked I wanted to say you can screw at me on the side but help the people that are online for God's sake lol It was quite comical for me and rude at the same time but for my kids it was traumatizing and that's what pisses me off they have no respect for customers that ask any questions or even ask how long it will be. It's very unfortunate that I will take my business elsewhere now because they were my go-to for all my catering parties. The odd thing which strikes me again is that no manager came to diffuse the situation. But it was an absolute joke and the Chinese guy told me to never come back again after he gave me my refund receipt lol anyways I am going to send in the recording to corporate which is going to show their faces at least because I don't know their names and also will show the behavior that they had towards me. But saying all that, the place is great for food though. And the best thing that put faith in humanity again for people walked out of line and told me we're not going to go there we were in line but we're not going to have these kind of people service us that made me feel so good that they saw where the wrong was.

Some bearded guy with long hair, I’m not sure if he was the manager or not, but he treated us horribly. He needs to get his attitude in check if he’s going to the work there

Forgive me in advance for my spelling... tayja was an absolute Rockstar. Incredible people skills... she somehow made even the wait for fresh products more pleasant than 90% of my takeout experiences.

I was sure she was the manager. She should most definitely be given some more opportunities to move up in the company. You'd be more than lucky to have her running the show.

I’m not a regular here, but I must say, I was not disappointed with the butter, salt pretzel dipped in mustard.The smell alone is amazing! Served hot! How can you say no?!

The guy worker was so nice and friendly! I ordered a pretzel with no salt and he made it for me and was gracious about it. I had just left wetzels because the worker there was rude and sullen and made me feel like I was bothering him. I will now be a auntie Anne’s customer instead of wetzels.
