Has ownership recently changed? I noticed many new people working here and not the awesome couple I've become accustomed to. The grilled pork sandwiches aren't as saucy and awesome as they used to be my last two visits. It's still pretty good but the balance is off now. Otherwise the best bahn mi around.

The tofu and the lemongrass chicken banh mi were both insanely good. One of the best tofu banh mi I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend the lemongrass chicken over rice. Everything was fresh, and the fantastic combination of flavors keeps us coming back!

Ordered two Banh Mi sandwiches yesterday and they were very good. Different story tonight………I ordered one for my husband and although they were generous with the filling, the bread disintegrated. My husband ended up eating just the filling. It didn’t help that the grilled pork was “saucy” (made the bread soggy on the bottom). If the bread was fresh and the meat wasn’t sauced, it would’ve been a perfect Banh Mi.

Saw great food leaving in window. I ordered 3 sandwiches. Bread was dry. Fillings paltry. Will NEVER go back. Taste, meh.
I love Banh Mi(s) quite a bit. I've tried a lot of banh mis from different Vietnamese restaurants over the years, in both the Portland area, and up in Seattle.
I gotta say, this is probably the best Banh Mi I have ever had. I ate the lemongrass chicken banh mi and the bread was warm, and also soft, which was a bit different from the crispier baguettes most other places serve, but I still thoroughly enjoyed. The inside ingredients were also warm, such as the pate/mayo which is something that I haven't actually had before but made the experience all the more better. Not to mention the veggies were fresh and crisp, while didn't taste pickled still contrasted amazingly with the other warmer ingredients.
The star of the show, the chicken? Yeah, seasoned beautifully and cooked beautifully. Not dry at all.
I have a soft spot for small businesses, and especially for food trucks. This is an amazing place to grab a banh mi from, or if you're into breweries, to eat while at the brewery next door.
Trust- I will be back.

Bread was not good very hard all the way through. Meat had a lot of grizzle and sandwich had no flavor. We got the Saigon special with chicken pot sticklers. The pot sticklers were awful and tasted like something frozen from Safeway that y heat up in the oven. I love Banh mi and this didn’t taste like any of the ones I have had. Awful. I have had some in the past where the meat wasn’t good but at least the bread and the sauce was good. Not here. Everything was bad. Very sad. I work hard for my money, not gona waste it on something that taste like a bad cafeteria or a soup kitchen but charges like a quality restaurant. I believe in supporting small businesses but at least give me a reason too.

I called in an order for a Lemongrass banh mi and 3 egg rolls. The phone was answered promptly and the person taking my order said it would be ready in 12 minutes. I arrived 12 minutes later and my food was being packaged. The lady working greeted me with a smile and helped me process payment quickly. She thanked me and I was on my way. The sandwich was flipping delicious. Prefect texture on the bread and the combination of ingredients hit just right. 5 stars. The egg rolls were crisp and hot and came with the prefect sauce. Great service. Great food. I'll 100 percent be back. Thank you for doing it right!

Had the lemon grass chicken over rice, I was expecting a run of the mill standard chicken bowl. Instead I was greeted with a massive plate of wonderful food that came out hot and flavorful. To say that I was surprised is an understatement, but I am not mad at it at all. With that, I got a side of chicken nuggets and it was a masterclass in flavor. Please for the love that is food, go give this place some love.

A disappointing banh mi experience with well seasoned lemongrass chicken surrounded by chunky plain (in lieu of thinly sliced and lightly pickled) vegetables and an undercooked yet somehow disintegrating (in lieu of airy and nicely crusted) baguette.
