Lived here for about 20 years and came here for the first time. Almost 8pm on a Monday. Stood by the ice cream for about 7 minutes before going to the front then waited more before the workers looked up and one came over. The lady that helped us looked annoyed to help us. Not sure if previous customers ruined their moods but felt very much like their upset was directed to me and my family. Ice cream was fine.

Will passive aggressively make orders for customers who haven't arrived yet while glaring at you for about 15 minutes before even greeting or Acknowledging you. We all work in food service girl. We know the struggle. Grow up

So rude! I called today to see if they could have a grasshopper pie for me tomorrow at 2:30 (called at 4:30), said they could not do it as there policy is “24” hours notice. I said “can you tell me why 2 hours would be that different?”, again was told “that’s just our policy”. WOW! I said I would call another location and thankfully that other location had no problem doing it…went online and requested in the notes section as requested by employee. Easy peasy.

We paid extra to have door dash deliver 2 2 scoops of ice cream. We received one and door dash could not remedy. We called BR and they said they would give it to us for free if we came and picked it up. We were not compensated upon arrival and we had to remind them we were supposed to have a sugar cone with it. There were 3 workers, this should have been caught.

Walked in today at around 9:30 pm
Was not greeted as we have always have been these two gals had no intention to even want to serve us was the only Mexican Family. YANA the one that was making my Son’s Banana split started with such attitude out of no where. From the start we felt not welcomed. To be honest we felt discriminated by both Girl Specially from YANA .
We ask that Baskin Robbin’s do a better job at hiring these young kids . Make sure they have great customer service for all kinds of race. Have never had such experience like tonight’s at this location.

Love this place we come here very other week for Ice cream Wednesday (something to get our toddler excited for the gym). They are always so helpful and happy. My husband is horrible at ordering for our toddler and they easily accommodate when the toddler complaints.

The ice cream is great. The service isn't awesome but it's not 'bad' either. Prices are okay considering how good it is. I liked the paraline's and cream flavor a lot, has pecans and caramel, it was great with whip and chopped nuts. It sounded like almost the same flavor as the reduced sugar caramel truffle, so if you didn't want to get reduced sugar, you should try paraline's and cream.

Why can't Baskin Robbin's carry a vanila or chocolate dairy free ice cream.? They used to. Need more variety!!

We stopped in to Basin Robbins Saturday night and they got very busy. The three young ladies working all stayed very calm and friendly during the rush. The ice cream was amazing as expected. There’s a flavor for everyone. The polar pizzas look amazing, we may have to get one of those in the near future!

If I could leave 0 stars after my experience I would. We ordered a cake for my son's birthday party over a month ago for a party today. It was a football cake and supposed to be Steelers colors minus the red jerseys on the toys because the toys only come in red. First of all, they called my husband two days ago and said, "oh, I'm sorry. We made the cake wrong. Do you still want it at a discount or for us to redo it?" (We had them redo it). Then, when I went to pick it up, the lettering was in red, not yellow or black so it was incorrect. I was in a hurry and didn't have the time for them to change it. Then, I had sticker shock when the price of the cake jumped from $55 to $70 because of the "toys" on top. Really?! So, I was like, "holy smokes? $70.00?" Right then, their snooty little manager came out and started talking to me in what can only be described as a condescending valley girl voice. So, I just spoke right on back to her in the same tone. I ended up paying for the cake because my son's birthday party was about to start. However, I'm incredibly displeased. I think that manager needs training about how to properly speak to customers. She was so condescending that personally, I'd fire her if I was her manager and witnessed it. Shame on you for speaking to customers that way.

Baskin Robbins is actually my favorite ice cream, I could sample all the flavors all day long and not get bored.I ordered a delicious grasshopper pie for a birthday and they were great with me changing the pick up time on them.When I went to pick up it was a quick easy process and the girl helping me was super sweet and knowledgeable.Thanks BR❤️

As soon as we walked in, im assuming, the manager was sitting at a table and very aggressively asked a worker if he had organized the freezer “like I asked you to” while he was taking the recycling out. The girls at the counter were so sweet and patient with everyone and as soon as the manager walked behind the counter the girls looked very uncomfortable. The blonde girl that helped us accidentally rung us up for one drink instead of 2 and while we were waiting for our drinks the manager walks up to her and rudely confronts her about the mistake. It was hard to watch because it was busy and just a simple mistake. The blonde girl told us very nicely that she mistakenly rung us up wrong and if it was ok to have us pay for the other drink. I really didn’t mind. I just felt bad for her. Everyone in the store could hear the manager talk harshly at her. It was unprofessional.
