We stopped in to Basin Robbins Saturday night and they got very busy. The three young ladies working all stayed very calm and friendly during the rush. The ice cream was amazing as expected. There’s a flavor for everyone. The polar pizzas look amazing, we may have to get one of those in the near future!

If I could leave 0 stars after my experience I would. We ordered a cake for my son's birthday party over a month ago for a party today. It was a football cake and supposed to be Steelers colors minus the red jerseys on the toys because the toys only come in red. First of all, they called my husband two days ago and said, "oh, I'm sorry. We made the cake wrong. Do you still want it at a discount or for us to redo it?" (We had them redo it). Then, when I went to pick it up, the lettering was in red, not yellow or black so it was incorrect. I was in a hurry and didn't have the time for them to change it. Then, I had sticker shock when the price of the cake jumped from $55 to $70 because of the "toys" on top. Really?! So, I was like, "holy smokes? $70.00?" Right then, their snooty little manager came out and started talking to me in what can only be described as a condescending valley girl voice. So, I just spoke right on back to her in the same tone. I ended up paying for the cake because my son's birthday party was about to start. However, I'm incredibly displeased. I think that manager needs training about how to properly speak to customers. She was so condescending that personally, I'd fire her if I was her manager and witnessed it. Shame on you for speaking to customers that way.

Baskin Robbins is actually my favorite ice cream, I could sample all the flavors all day long and not get bored.I ordered a delicious grasshopper pie for a birthday and they were great with me changing the pick up time on them.When I went to pick up it was a quick easy process and the girl helping me was super sweet and knowledgeable.Thanks BR❤️

As soon as we walked in, im assuming, the manager was sitting at a table and very aggressively asked a worker if he had organized the freezer “like I asked you to” while he was taking the recycling out. The girls at the counter were so sweet and patient with everyone and as soon as the manager walked behind the counter the girls looked very uncomfortable. The blonde girl that helped us accidentally rung us up for one drink instead of 2 and while we were waiting for our drinks the manager walks up to her and rudely confronts her about the mistake. It was hard to watch because it was busy and just a simple mistake. The blonde girl told us very nicely that she mistakenly rung us up wrong and if it was ok to have us pay for the other drink. I really didn’t mind. I just felt bad for her. Everyone in the store could hear the manager talk harshly at her. It was unprofessional.

It is winter, yet you have a rule that the people working behind the counter cannot wear coats! At least give them the option to wear a jacket or coat with your emblem on it. they should not be freezing during their shift.

The ice cream is always good but the scoop size is...questionionable. They don't fill the cone with ice cream. I ordered a single scoop in a waffle cone and the person who made my cone literally just stuck a single ball of ice cream on top of the cone. Less than a cup of ice cream...The entire cone was empty, and when I tried to hold it, it cracked into pieces because there was no ice cream inside to keep its shape. Ice cream everywhere, cone crumbs everywhere. And I paid $5 for that tiny scoop. Wild.

This chain sells hard scoop ice cream in a variety of cones along with specialty drinks and ice cream cakes. This particular location has just a little bit of room to move around the counters, making it difficult for large groups to maneuver. On hot summer days, it can begin to feel very crowded. The good news is that it's clean. The staff is friendly and quick with service, so they're moving folks in and out without much delay. The most difficult hurdle for us was making our way through a group of people who didn't want to separate for us so that we could get to the register. This obviously is not a reflection of the business, besides the cramped layout of the store. The back up occurs because there are so many flavors to choose from and in order to see them all, you need to study two adjacent counters. I really can't complain about it since choosing your flavor/cone combination is second in fun only to actually eating the ice cream. We chose lemon curd in a cup and pistachio almond in a sugar cone. They were out of waffle cones when we were there, but I figured it was the universe encouraging me to rein in the calories. The ice cream was delicious and the outing was fun. We're already planning on which flavors we are going to try next time.

We get our ice cream cakes here for birthdays, always yummy! Service is friendly, cake is always what we expect and ready! Love stopping in with the kiddos for ice cream! The store is always kept clean. :)

We went there Sunday evening July 31st around 7pm.. The white lady worker with lighter hair color was so rude!!! we came together with a friend and our kids, from the beginning she already asked me rudely 'pay together or separately?' Well maybe store was busy as so she tired.. though it's not supposedly a good work ethic.. I answered her 'separately' very nicely. We just about to order (haven't even started ordering the ice cream just agreed on a dolphin cup still trying to decide on the flavor) and our friend said she going to pay for ours, as so I told her 'hey I apologized we going to pay together instead separately' and when I saw her face turned unsightly- I apologized again 2 more times! She threw the cup and said 'f*** asian' (?) Her coworker even shocked at her response. Very rude and racist.. The other lady with darker hair who served us together was very nice and polite. I'm working at a fast food chain and I really think this is really not acceptable. I'm really disappointed, well we have another ice cream store nearby ?♀️ won't come back..
