This is a nice little ice cream parlor! I’ve never been to Baskin-Robbins before, but the experience this week was great. There were 32 flavors to choose from. I got a scoop each of strawberry and coffee almond fudge. The strawberry was middle-of-the-road, but I absolutely loved the coffee almond fudge! The gentleman who served us was very helpful and congenial. He told us that this particular establishment has been here since 1972. I would definitely recommend this ice cream shop if you’re not scared of gaining a few extra pounds?

I didn't care for the young female with her attitude this evening. She clearly does not know customer service. The eye rolls and making her eyes all big while turning slowly is so juvenile, something a five year old would do.

We used to love stopping here. Last night we hurried to make it before closing (10pm). We were clearly before 10 by all clocks. There was one family being helped and then only us. We were informed they would be closing after helping the people in front of us. That's it. Really? Wow. I will only mention that there were two staff (one sweeping) and there was still time before "closing". Not the ages, lack of courtesy, proper business protocol exhibited. More training is needed here. Not only could our orders have been taken & filled in under two minutes(we knew what we wanted) but there could've have been a lovely tip for accommodation. Apparently both kids were not in need of this. Extremely disappointed in management as well for not training their staff correctly in customer service.

Only go here if you want to spend the rest of your life addicted to the most amazing ice cream in the entire universe seriously I go through like a quart a day and yet I still haven't gained any weight! so there's some magical stuff going on there. love this place love the employees always friendly and I love how they always hire kids to give them a chance and a head start in the workforce great company great values and great deals and most of all amazing phenomenal ice cream for days
Stopped in for a treat with family after dinner. Staff was friendly and let us try samples. Icecream good as ever. Don't think I've eaten icecream in a couple of years. Was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The front door wouldn't close because the closer was bad and needed replacement. The floor inside was filthy, covered in ice cream, food crumbs and gummy bears. There is one bench outside but it was filthy and needs painting. The patio had even more trash than inside.

Purchased a Fancy Cake Cone with Peanut Butter chocolate ice cream and after a couple licks, I accidentally dropped it. One of the employees saw that and replaced it immediately. I am definitely coming back..

I will not be returning to this store, very rude and uncaring staff as well as inconvenient refunds when they are unable or don’t make your cake. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
