I didn't care for the young female with her attitude this evening. She clearly does not know customer service. The eye rolls and making her eyes all big while turning slowly is so juvenile, something a five year old would do.

We used to love stopping here. Last night we hurried to make it before closing (10pm). We were clearly before 10 by all clocks. There was one family being helped and then only us. We were informed they would be closing after helping the people in front of us. That's it. Really? Wow. I will only mention that there were two staff (one sweeping) and there was still time before "closing". Not the ages, lack of courtesy, proper business protocol exhibited. More training is needed here. Not only could our orders have been taken & filled in under two minutes(we knew what we wanted) but there could've have been a lovely tip for accommodation. Apparently both kids were not in need of this. Extremely disappointed in management as well for not training their staff correctly in customer service.

Only go here if you want to spend the rest of your life addicted to the most amazing ice cream in the entire universe seriously I go through like a quart a day and yet I still haven't gained any weight! so there's some magical stuff going on there. love this place love the employees always friendly and I love how they always hire kids to give them a chance and a head start in the workforce great company great values and great deals and most of all amazing phenomenal ice cream for days

Stopped in for a treat with family after dinner. Staff was friendly and let us try samples. Icecream good as ever. Don't think I've eaten icecream in a couple of years. Was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The front door wouldn't close because the closer was bad and needed replacement. The floor inside was filthy, covered in ice cream, food crumbs and gummy bears. There is one bench outside but it was filthy and needs painting. The patio had even more trash than inside.

Purchased a Fancy Cake Cone with Peanut Butter chocolate ice cream and after a couple licks, I accidentally dropped it. One of the employees saw that and replaced it immediately. I am definitely coming back..

I will not be returning to this store, very rude and uncaring staff as well as inconvenient refunds when they are unable or don’t make your cake. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Husband got me ice cream and bought it home. We live 1.5 miles away. It's melted like chunky soup when he came home. Unfortunately not the first time the ice cream here was a soupy texture. They need to fix there fridges or something.

I come in at least 3 nights a week I always order the same thing a medium milkshake and I ask for 2 scoops of mint and one scoop of Oreo because I just want a little amount of Oreo and mostly mint it's always been great until tonight I went in and I asked for what I usually got and when the girl was putting my ice cream in the blender she had a huge scoop of Oreo two small scoops of mint like I mean small scoops so I said something to her and I told her I wanted two scoops or mint and only one of Oreo because I wanted more mint and she gave me more Oreo she ignored me and blended it didn't taste right so I came back and nicely asked if she could remake it she apologized I said it's totally fine just not what I wanted kept telling her it's okay if she could just remake it and the owner comes over asks me what's wrong I explained and he said I'll remake it but if it's not right I'm not going to remake it again and I was just confused by the way he was giving me attitude and kept asking me over and over what was wrong and I told him I'm not trying to start problems or anything I just wanted it to be remade so he said I'll give u a kids scoop of mint and I thought that was fine till he grabbed it and was going to put it into my milk shake and I was like it's not blended and he said you could blend it yourself and so I said never mind can I just have a refund and he yelled " refund?!" And looked at me all crazy and I was like I'm not trying to start problems I'm sorry I just wanted it to be remade and kept apologizing so he says " FINE " I'll remake it my way and grabs two scoops of mint and shows me and puts the blender over the counter trying to put it towards my face and says " like this! Is this correct! " and at this point I'm trying not to cry because I cry during conflict and he makes it slams it on the counter I walked out and told my boyfriend what happened while sobbing we come here all the time we've never had any problems the employees are so nice I couldn't understand why I was being treated like this I kept apologizing and just got bitched at the whole time I stayed calm I was so confused I left and am sad about this interaction because we come here all the time but I will definitely not be coming back so if you ever need to speak to anyone stay clear of the owner I've never felt so belittled.

Manager there is AMAZINGGG. Was stressed out on a time crunch trying to plan my daughters party last minute because you know life happens. He went above and beyond to coordinate with me. Our hello kitty cake turned out perfect and was delicious. Thank you for your awesome customer service! Shout out to Richard ? Made my baby’s birthday happen! Gracias. Really nice staff here. I'm giving low stars because their is no reason why they shouldn't have AC in here. It'd 92 degrees today and it was scolding hot inside and the ice cream was melting in the tube. And the poor staff!!!
