The Milkshake I bought was basically flavored milk, and there was barely any flavor at all. Honestly disappointing. Go somewhere else if you want a real milkshake.

We found a bolt in our ice cream. I know it sounds Crazy but my girlfriend spit it out into the cup. The worst part is that we were sharing with our baby.

This Baskin Robbins is s a rip off. We had the Banana Royale Sundae. There was more toppings than ice cream. The scoops of ice cream were half the size that we have had at other Baskin Robbins locations. Yet the price was the same. I will continue to go to Baskin Robbins, but NOT THIS LOCATION.

I’m very disappointed in this place I got a sundae the scoops were so small so I said is that 2 scoops like I asked for and she replied “all the sundaes are kid scoops” even though I went to a different one a few days before and got the same thing. They were certainty not kids scoops. Ice cream melted and I was very over payed.

We stopped in for ice cream at the end of a long, hot day. The girls were busy but patient and friendly. Even my 4 year old commented on what a lovely experience it was. I was super surprised that we rang up at only $20 after getting 2 scoop cup for me, 2 scoop waffle bowl for my husband, and two sprinkle cones for the kids.
Would highly recommend and will be visiting more this summer.

Yum!!! Love this place, love to hate this place! I always leave with something for me, even if that wasn’t the plan.Soo many options! Cones, shakes, cookies, sundaes, cakes and more!The smell alone is amazing!!Staff nice and helpful too!

My favorite is Butter Peacan Flavor. I love nuts ? ? lol ?. They are close to by Fred Meyer. Location is good and easy to find. Vancouver Mall Baskin Robbins is going out business. I was sad. But only this one location is closer to my house. Other locations are in Portland Oregon. Anyways when I have a PMS, Period Pain and crazy mood. My husband bought it for me. I was crying and happy swallow Ice cream stop cranky ?.

The 3rd and final strike. Upon receiving skimpy toppings for a sundae, I paid for additional toppings hoping to get a “normal” amount, but not so. What is so difficult in providing what the customer asks/pays for?

Don't come here it is 3 more dollars for the same exact thing I order from the other Baskin Robbins by the Fred Meyer in the orchards. What a rip off. The other one is much better anyway

They closed an hour early. My wife and i are sad now =(

Don’t order from there, if you pay the extra for things. They don’t put it on. I asked for three scoops there were two. The girl I spoke to, clingy. Terrible place. Don’t waste ur money. Go to Dairy Queen!

Horrible service and they don’t wear gloves. Mark things wrong and wont honor prices. Wanted me to pay $6 extra but was marked this price. Very rude and unprofessional

His friendliness is bad, the notice on the door says that it closes at 10 and online too, but you arrive there and they close at 9. I arrived exactly at 9 and they didn't want to sell me because it was time to close but the workers were still there Finishing selling to another person and I say if you are already there, why not sell more ice creme.

Tiny scoops for the price... + my ice-cream cone was melting & messy. Asked if I could get another to replace it, nice young girl at counter got owner (very old & very rude guy) The owner refused to make it right. New to this area and we will never go back! And... we LOvE ice-cream! L*****
