My favorite is Butter Peacan Flavor. I love nuts ? ? lol ?. They are close to by Fred Meyer. Location is good and easy to find. Vancouver Mall Baskin Robbins is going out business. I was sad. But only this one location is closer to my house. Other locations are in Portland Oregon. Anyways when I have a PMS, Period Pain and crazy mood. My husband bought it for me. I was crying and happy swallow Ice cream stop cranky ?.

His friendliness is bad, the notice on the door says that it closes at 10 and online too, but you arrive there and they close at 9. I arrived exactly at 9 and they didn't want to sell me because it was time to close but the workers were still there Finishing selling to another person and I say if you are already there, why not sell more ice creme.

Tiny scoops for the price... + my ice-cream cone was melting & messy. Asked if I could get another to replace it, nice young girl at counter got owner (very old & very rude guy) The owner refused to make it right. New to this area and we will never go back! And... we LOvE ice-cream! L*****

Was really looking forward to ice cream after a 10hr shift, was happy to see that baskin robins was listed open until 10pm! Especially since cold stone is closed on saturdays for whatever reason. Got there just after 9, seeing the door says they are open until 10pm, but they were closed. ): really disappointed.
Cherry and Vanilla ice cream in a cone was yummy!Only complaint was the lady /girl behind the counter, she had a face like she didn’t wanted to be there. Not okay specially when there’s kids in the store.

New ownership has slowly but surely chipped away any friendliness and charm from their shop. Prices have gone up and service down, with no samples being given and now no indoor seating due to... ??? Feels like a cash grab, and while I'm sympathetic to most businesses as we are experiencing terrible financial stress across the board, there are many other places I'd rather give my money who hire friendly staff and offer seating and service.

Ice Cream Tasted Great. 100 Degrees and the tables and chairs are stacked up and you cant stay inside. Service was rude and short. Serving size has gone down and price up compared to other BR in area. Avoid.

We rushed to this ice cream store just now June 30, 2022 for the new Ube Coconut flavor and the staff wouldn't help us because they are closing. It was 9:39 at night and the store closes at 10pm. This was so disappointing. Dairy Queen down the street is always open for their hours. I'd take your business elsewhere for those after dinner Ice cream cravings. Just thought I share for those who work late hours.
