Went in tonight to enjoy some ice cream 70% of the flavors were empty and they had no more in back. Staff did not seem to care if offer other options. Left with nothing. Worst experience ever.

Extremely frustrating experience of showing up shortly after 11, when they were supposed to open, only to find it dark and locked up, and no answer when we called. Nothing on Facebook or Google to indicate a later opening time. We waited several minutes and no one showed up. Very unprofessional way to run a business.

I ordered a cake to pick up Saturday morning at 11am for my daughters birthday. When I got there at 11 the doors were locked and no one was inside even though they open at 11. I waited in my car for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then when I got inside my cake wasn’t even done, he said it would be another 20 minutes. The man working was not apologetic at all. I am not happy with the service.

I love this shop! A large variety of flavors and dairy free choices. The servers are very nice and they have great ice cream.
Been a few times here now. It's definitely a better Baskin Robbins in my opinion and the staff is awesome. The few times I've been here, they've always been extremely friendly and the store is well stocked with all of the flavors.Props to the guy we see most of the nights we've gone because he's definitely a great employee and has a cherry attitude. Makes visiting pleasant!

I've always enjoyed BR's ice cream but hadn't been there in years and recently decided to try their new "Tiger Milk Boba Tea." This was a huge disappointment for me, I drank half of it (trying to give it a fair chance) and ended up throwing out the rest. The tea tasted chemical-y, not too strong but just a weirdly unpleasant flavor. The popping boba were bland and didn't have much flavor at all (I much prefer tapioca pearls), and the brown sugar did taste slightly burned or just... off. The whole drink is also very sweet. For anyone who has not tried real boba and has the misfortune to encounter one of these abominations from Baskin Robbins, please do not judge the real boba drink based on this experience.
