We walked in expecting to bring the pizza to a movie, I let them know my time frame, and they assured me that it would be ready in twenty-ish minutes, well before my movie started. So we ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone with card.About 45 minutes after we ordered, 5 minutes before our movie started, we checked to see where the food was because we hadn't gotten anything yet.They told us that the calzone was burned and needed to be remade. We asked if we could just get a refund as we were gonna be late to the movie.They said they couldn't because they didn't know how. We asked them to call their manager because we haven't been served any food and just wanted a refund so we could catch our movie.Eventually someone higher up showed up and they started to argue that sometimes food takes longer and we should've expected this, even though they assured us we'd have plenty of time to get the food before the movie started. We just wanted a refund, and told them we don't really care about anything else. Again they told us that they didn't know how to do that and we should've called ahead to order the food. We kept asking for a refund for about 10 minutes, well past the start of the movie, and they finally gave us our money back in cash, but didn't give back the tip. So again we just asked for a refund on card. This took another eight minutes for them to finally get the refund, all while arguing that they could've brought the food the theater after they remade the food. They only told us this well after we missed our movie. We left and they were still giving excuses on how we should've done something different.

How is it everytime I come in here I wait over a half hour for pizza. There's no other customers in the restaurant and a pizza takes 7 minutes in a pizza oven so why am I always waiting so long. They close on Tuesday for prep so they aren't busy prepping???

Out of all the pizza places in portland this one is my favorite... Now I know that it's in vancouver, which technically is not portland. However if you live in portland it is worth the drive. I am filled with a quiet joy every time I find myself here. And those first slices of pizza feel like falling in reciprocated love for the first time.

Went here out of the blue when my husband and I wanted some pizza. This place hits it out of the park! We had a caesar salad, margharita pizza and the garlic knots. All of the items we ordered were exceptional & well priced for the quality! We will be returning!

I went in on a Monday after 7:00, and they were only serving to-go. I ordered the Stromboli-delicious, garlic knots-bit burned on the bottom and overtook the flavor, 10" pepperoni pizza-delicious, Philly cheese steak sandwich-melts in the mouth served on great bread! Service was friendly and the music and vibe was chill. I'll be going back!
We ordered two slices of pizza to take out. We customized each slice, and to my surprise, the slices were huge! They both had good flavor and generous toppings. The service was friendly and prompt, and the price was very reasonable. We plan to return soon!
