No one was in line but they are very slow, they were out of the ice cream that my mother wanted so she canceled her order cause they don’t have more regular flavors. After the long wait I got my bubble waffle cone. The cone was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. There is not enough ice cream and toppings for the entire cone. Overall not good, slow service, and overpriced. Edit replying to owner: just because it is “fresh” it doesn’t mean it is cooked all the way through. I noticed you said you had 12 flavors and you specifically said cheesecake but my mom asked for cheesecake and you said you were out, I also said regular flavors not fancy like cookie dough or death by chocolate. And yes 10$ is a waste of money going here.

When ordering, I asked if they have ice cream alternatives. She said bc there is no demand for lactose intolerant people, no. I asked if I could have more berries instead of ice cream to limit the amount of dairy I'm about to consume. She said no, I'd have to pay for extra toppings. I then watched her put 3 strawberries in my crape. So you're basically paying a dollar a berry. I wouldn't go here unless you want to pay a dollar a berry. You don't even get a full banana either.

Amazing service, amazing food! Staff is very friendly and the food not only looks amazing, but tastes amazing as well. I got a very simple OG crepe (nutella strawberries banana whipped creme) and it tasted absolutely amazing. The lady who served me greeted me with a smile, and was very kind. Will be going here again, highly recommend!

Unless you want to wait on and watch literal children working the counter and messing up your order 2 times waiting almost 30 minutes for 1 crepe don't bother with their business. I understand the idea of a "family owned business" but it's a little concerning seeing a 10 year old looking boy and a 13 to 14 year old girl being the only 2 running the place. Children are children but not a single adult behind the counter at least monitoring these future employees? Worst service and I'd never bother with their business again.

The menu has pictures of bubble waffles next to the menu items, I ordered, saw she was just starting to make crepes, asked if she could make us the bubble waffles we intend to order, she refused to change the order and asked me if I read the menu like I was stupid, I explained that the pictures were misleading and asked for a refund if she didn’t want to make what we had meant to order and she refused. Very poor customer service.
