Big Al’s used to be a great place for kids, but the arcade has gone downhill badly. About half of the machines were out of service, the games that did work were not engaging for kids, and the ticket payouts were extremely low compared to how expensive everything is. The reward prices are so high that it feels like a complete rip-off. If you're going for the arcade, save your money this is no longer the place. We recently visited Big Al’s Bowling and were really disappointed with how much the place has changed. The arcade, which used to be one of the main attractions, is now in poor condition. Roughly 50% of the games were out of service, and the machines that were working weren’t very entertaining for children. On top of that, the ticket payouts were extremely low, while the prizes were priced so high that it felt like they were taking advantage of families. If you are going here specifically for the arcade, it’s not worth it anymore. Bowling is still good, and that seems to be the only part worth coming for. They do have pool tables, but those are located inside the bar area — which means kids cannot use them. The restaurant is also attached to the bar, not separated, so if you’re trying to avoid having your children around a bar environment, this may not be the best place. Overall, Big Al’s has become more of a bowling-only venue, and everything else feels neglected. We won’t be returning for arcade games again.

Used to be a good place. But not now, customer service, food service, management and place is not welcoming. I think the upper management should pay attention to their employees and to their customer service.
Walking into the restaurant, shift manager nor any of the staff at the restaurant are welcoming. They leave you setting at your table for 15 minutes or so. Finally, a waitress's comes over and tells you of HOW busy they were. Take your order, and yet they leave you to get your drink and it takes another 15 minutes. You look around the restaurant and it’s empty. The staff are talking to each other. The food arrives and it’s cold. While you are eating the waitress comes over and asks (Is everything good) total unkind or professional.
I am hoping a GM or someone in the upper management and serious in making this place is great place. Should work give it a great of attention.

Love the atmosphere, I missed this place. Only thing is that you have to go when they have their deals or else i personally don't think its worth it. The place is one story, i was hoping for more games and alleys but it was pretty nice just get packed very easily. Our lane had technical difficulties so we got moved after asking for help and waiting for 20 mins. After we got transfered it happened again so we left.
