Our large family had a wonderful time bowling & playing other games & hanging out! The food was really good too! Music plays in the background.I recommend this place.

They have kids play for free currently, you can sign up online. Wednesdays are half priced arcade games.

The new menu is awesome! The mozzarella cheese bites are yum! And their new deconstructed salads are spot on! Server was lovely as well. Thanks!

I'm blown away by the friendly and attentive staff throughout our son's first time bowling! You have an awesome crew šŸ‘ Keep up the great work! Alizea is an amazing server 😃

This is such a great family-friendly place for bowling, arcade, or grabbing a bite with a friend at their bar or sports restaurant area!

I love that they have a separate VIP lanes area that isn't too much more than the regular bowling.

The Summer program for kids to play 2 free games and get some arcade play is what got us in. $5 for shoes so worth it. So grateful they have bumper lanes as well as a bowling ramp for new bowlers. It made my first-time bowler have a fun time!

The arcade games are fun if you can get the magnet strips to work. They need cleaning or updating. The ticket redemption employee was helpful though.

It's a good location and hours and they're going to have food trucks station soon right next to their parking lot. With that said, the food was pretty darn good! My friend enjoyed her taco salad and I thought the pasta on Not Your Nonna's pizza was tasty! The cheese pull on the kid's pizza was really great and my chicken strips connoisseur approved! AND! With every kid's meal, you get a $10 voucher to play arcade games. Can't beat that. No brainer deal.

The only thing I wish was they had is a location closer to the growing Battle Ground area šŸ‘

We came to Big Al’s to enjoy the arcade, but it was a disappointing experience. One of the games didn’t work after we swiped our card, so I went to the front to ask for help. A blonde woman with glasses said she’d help me after helping someone else—but then walked by me multiple times and never came back.

Eventually, a guy who seemed like a manager or lead asked if I needed help. I explained the situation, and his response was ā€œok?ā€ā€”like he didn’t care. I told him it was the goldfish game that wasn’t working, and all he said was ā€œthanks.ā€ No apology, no solution, no credit back for the game that malfunctioned. In fact, many games weren’t working.

Really frustrating customer service. It felt like they just didn’t care at all. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Met a buddy of mine here, and everything went well! Alura and Ellie took great care of us. Would recommend coming here. Great place for family and friends for video games, pool and bowling.

My kids enjoy this place, so their happiness is what earns Big Al’s 3 stars. Overall the place caters to young kids, big kids, and those who are kids at heart but the service is sub par - my daughter struggles in loud environments and when I asked their staff about ear muffs and or plugs they said it wasn’t something they had - luckily one of the managers saw my daughter covering her ears while walking around and was able to provide the ear plugs the earlier staff members said they didn’t have.

The games are pricey and half the time inoperable. It used to be a couple games that would be out of service but our last visit was a rather unusual amount. The kids play free summer promo is great and all, but there’s restrictions to the playable games and you still have to pay the shoe rental fee if you opt to bowl.

The food was pretty decent. Really disappointing to put money on game cards just to later find out half the games were temporarily out of service.

This place used to be good. So many places like this lost a step since covid. Now on top of losing a step they close the kitchen at 8 and only offer a limited menu. Went here for a Bachelorette party and didn't get told this before the deadline. Used to come here til 10pm to eat and play pool. With the drop in food quality and now limited menu after 8. We won't be coming back. Sad to see another family place like this lose it's way.

Offers refill on standard drinks but not on pitchers?? Just save yourself the headache and stay away.

I don't ever leave reviews. I have to with this one. I am currently here for a work event. And I am a mother to a baby who I breast feed. So I pump when im at work. Well, work event at big Als for breast pumping mom's, i got bad news for you. Heads up, they do not have a space for you to pump in private. For a family oriented business I find it insane they don't have a privacy room for breastfeeding or pumping. Guess they expect you to feed your baby or pump in your car. Do better Big Al's. The company should provide more accommodation for breastfeeding mothers.

Overpriced, and our lane kept messing up. We had to call someone over to fix the reset mechanism repeatedly over our two games. I wouldn't return here.
