Why is the Mac and cheese SPICY?! So gross. I am going to be throwing up for a week from the unnecessary spices.

This review is just for the restaurant. The booths were big and comfortable and they had a number of screens playing a bunch of different games. The service started off good but then my server went home and I had to hunt for whoever took over for him. It took forever to get a refill and even longer to get the check. The food was meh. I question if the personal pizza is actually the size they say it is. It wasn't cut all the way through and there was hardly any sauce.

Tell them to give you a paper receipt. They like to charge for more items than you actually order. By the time you get an email receipt it’s too late!Foods terrible over cooked. Pizza is chewy crust on the verge of inedible. Chicken is over cooked almost dust.Service terrible, they stand in packs giggling with each other. Good luck getting a server.Won’t be going back. Recommend going elsewhere.

Almost half the arcade games were broken and or missing parts or balls. The price per game is pretty expensive. Bowling wasn't any better. They literally have no balls that have normal adult size finger holes. The only exception is the 15lb balls. Oh and forget about getting enough tickets to get anything descent from the prize shop. Every item including the candy, have an outrageously high ticket price. This place needs a serious overhaul and new owners.

Whoever the 2 girls are working the desk Friday evenings are complete rude snobs . My check in was simple my party was already here and I was paid for, but she made it so difficult and tried to get me to pay for a lane so i told her again and she's being so rude not friendly starring at me like I'm supposed to say something else. She finally asked my shoes size and gave me my shoes I said thank you she said nothing in return. When I got over to my people they all had the same complaint about the rude girls at the front. If you don't like your job get a new one!!!! This is a place people go to have fun not be met by sour faced rude little girls who clearly don't like their job. Get better people at the front.

Edit: when the manager has no reason to ban someone but his reasoning is “banned because a worker doesn’t feel comfortable having you here”When feelings are more important then a business and paying guests :)My best friend and I have gone to big Al’s about 5 times this year no issues, from arcade to bowlingTonight we went in a did some bowling, we only paid for one game and decided to buy another, as we went up the manager said “I’m going to have to ask you to leave” to me and my friendMind you we did NOTHING wrong, they would not tell us why and we tried asking a couple times so we knew but they just kept saying “you need to leave”So manegment is there a reason for this? I’d love to talk but since management would talk to us at all that would be lovely to actually get a reason when we have come here mutiple times to bowl and arcade and never had a problem. Thanks

AMAZING. My brother, my Dad and I went here for a day out. we first talked to this sweet lady at the front desk, not sure of her name, but we asked for an average price on bowling. she told us for the 3 of us that it would be somewhere around $30, but she then told us that we could wait until 5 oclock which was only 30 minutes, and they do $2 deals on Tuesdays. so we waited, and grabbed some food from the bar right behind the front desk. we got a family size pepperoni and sausage pizza as well as 3 waters for around $30. staff was super nice as well. we went back for our bowling around 5 and there was then a wait list. we waited over a half hour and we're about to leave when the same lady who recommended that we wait had come up to us and had said "I feel so bad, I told you guys to wait and you guys have waited extra long, I'm gonna get you guys a free bowling lane and shoes in our VIP lanes because you have been so patient with us". bowling was amazing, service was amazing, food was amazing. I completely recommend. they have good deals a lot of the time too like during summer after June 3rd, kids are free for bowling, and on Wednesdays all of their games are half priced. this place is amazing.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I was completely disappointed with the lunch we had here. I bragged about the peanut butter bacon burger. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. There were literally only 9 other people in the entire restaurant. I get there is a bowling alley to tend to also, but still. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 personal pizzas. The burgers came out 15 minutes before the pizzas did. So I chose not to eat the burgers because the pizzas were for the kids. By the time the pizzas came...our burgers were completely cold. So I decided to have them take the burgers and not charge us for them. The manager offered one game of bowling. At this point, I was hungry and had no interest in bowling. At this point, I will not be returning. To top matters off... they say they are a cashless venue... which they did tell us ahead of time. But it seemed almost like running a tab at a bar. I didn't want to know what they charge for ATM fees. Definitely thumbs down.

Had a family/friend day bowling appetizers and drinks. Bowling was fun, appetizers were delicious bloody Mary's as well. The rum and cokes were a lil on the light alchohol side is the only down part of this visit. We will return

I love to have time with just my grandkids doing something fun. Today, I let them choose what to do, and they went for bowling. I was really hoping they would have picked something else, but boy, did they choose the perfect activity! The staff was super friendly, and the appetizers we ordered were great. After bowling, we hit the arcade and grabbed our game cards. The three of us had a blast playing games and trying to win as many tickets as possible. Nearly three hours later, we were all beat, but the thrill of getting prizes was the cherry on top.Let me tell you about Tsap - what a gem! He was so friendly, patient, and great with the kids, answering their endless questions about tickets and prizes. He handled all the math with ease and had the patience of a saint. The kids left beaming with their prizes, and I couldn't be more grateful for Tsap's kindness. It wasn't just good customer service; it felt genuine and special, making our day even more memorable.Tsap truly deserves a shoutout for his exceptional care and dedication. Let's give this guy a raise or name him employee of the month - he's absolutely deserving of it!

Bowling was goodFood was goodHalf the games were not working the arcade section left lots to be desired. Seemed a bit less kept up than our last visit. It was busy but for the cost of the entertainment maybe look at other options
