I got no complaints. It was a friday night. Everyone was on their game. Easy parking. I had the prime rib and it was delicious.

Fun, Family, and Fantastic Nachos

I recently visited Billygan’s Roadhouse in Vancouver, Washington with my niece, my great-niece, and some of their extended family, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. It’s one of those places that immediately feels fun and relaxed the moment you walk in.

One of the coolest parts—especially if you’re bringing kids—is the classic roadhouse tradition of peanut shells on the floor. You can toss them right on the ground, which makes it feel carefree and playful. No stressing about making a mess—just enjoy yourself. It creates such a great family environment where everyone can relax and have fun.

The food was excellent, but for me the nachos absolutely stole the show. They had the perfect balance of cheese and chicken, and the sauce was spot-on—not too spicy, just really flavorful. It was incredibly satisfying and honestly the perfect portion for one person. I was full and happy by the end.

The best part of the visit, though, was spending time there with my niece Lily. We had such a great time together, and you can see it in her smile—it says everything about how much fun we had.

This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again, and I’m already looking forward to bringing Lily back for another visit. If you’re looking for a fun, casual spot with great food and a family-friendly atmosphere, Billygan’s Roadhouse is a great choice. 🍽️🥜😊

We were having a family dinner. All of us like Billygans in general. I mask up indoors, there were 5 adults and 2 children, all of the adults except 1 came down with a stomach bug 2 days later, myself and the kids did not. Let me be clear, this was NOT food poisoning, we think either someone preparing our food or who served our food must have had the stomach flu. Overall, other than that, out food was delicious as usual. We were sat very quickly, we ordered after a few minutes, our food came out fairly quickly, and we all enjoyed our time there. Especially live that they put peanuts on every table and you can throw the shells on the floor. NOT the place for people with nut, especially peanut allergies.

Always my top choice localy. Good steaks, salads, or just an app at happy hour. Great long time staff that get to know you.

This place feels intentionally mediocre. The food, for the most part, is cooked and presented like a dog’s dinner: rushed, careless, and as if no one has the time or energy to prepare anything well.

The contrast is telling: the Applebee’s in the same parking lot has a nightly wait, while this place sits mostly empty. The difference isn’t the market. It’s the product.

Billygan’s feels like the abandoned dream of a weary 80’s chain smoker; a place that stopped trying somewhere along the way. The lost potential is the real disappointment.

One of the worst places I've been to in a while! It was almsot as if the service and the food were having a battle to see who could be the worst! Food was cold and unflavored. The service was rude and took so long to bring anything to the table when the restaurant was nearly empty.

Really friendly staff and great food! Came with a group of 8 for a birthday dinner and they were accommodating and food came out quickly! They gave my grandma a free ice cream sundae with extra chocolate sauce to make it more chocolaty like she likes.

It’s pretty good and reasonable prices I think, especially in today’s market.

I was hoping to love this place but for a steakhouse they let me down. I didn't enjoy my steak. I ordered it medium rare but for some reason it just tasted wrong. The sweet potato fries were a little overcooked. My son's corn dogs were burnt at the bottom. The bread didn't taste that great unless you added butter to it either. But everyone agreed the butter was great. The Shirley Temple my husband and my son ordered tasted more like straight up 7 up. Are waitress was wonderful though. She was very kind. And she was very attentive. The place looked like any other Roadhouse though. And they still provide peanuts that you get to throw at people at this location so that was fun.

This has been a Hometown favorite 😍 for over 20 years. Every time I visit, I try to make a point to eat here. Brought a party of 10 with a Reservation. It's generally set up to seat 4 in the Booths so if you have more guest than 4, best to call and make a reservation. Everyone was happy with their meal, even the kids. Waitress was a bit scattered, but nice and did well considering she was pretty busy and we had a larger than usual party. We came in at 5pm. Specifically for the Prime Rib which is not available until 4pm. Everything was just how I remembered it and for that, I am happy! 😊 Don't change a thing Billygan's!
**Not associated with Texas Roadhouse, but they also have Peanuts and multiple Beers on Tap. Rootbeer for the kids. 😉

Our waitress was wonderful, super friendly and outgoing. In general service was very nice, friendly and quick. The atmosphere is dark and cozy with comfortable seating. The food wasn't anything special though. Both my husband and I ordered steaks, they were served as ordered, but they weren't butcher cuts or anything particularly fancy, just quick sear and fast serve market cuts. The sides were pretty plain. Everything was cooked well enough to eat but there wasn't any kind of special flavor to it or anything at all that stood out about it.
