Usually pretty loud and hard to hear. Prime rib is good, but 75% of the time they are out by 6pm. Cesar salad is really good. Drinks from the bar are average in content and price. We used to go here fairly often but got tired of not being able to get the prime rib. The other steaks are ok at best.

I'm sorry to say that it looks like Billygan's has succumbed to shrinkflation. The quality and portion sizes of food which I have come to expect has declined over my past few visits there. From their dinner rolls to their salads and entrees it is apparent that they are sacrificing quality. The service is excellent. It's too bad the food is merely mediocre.

seated immediately, Our waitress was amazing and on top of everything. Her name was Michelle. Very good at her job. I ordered the chicken penne pasta - tasted great and husband ordered sirloin steak which was not a quality piece of meat although it was cooked correctly, sent it back and replaced it with fish and chips which were just ok. Usually have good experiences.

This place was mostly empty on a Sunday afternoon while the Applebee's next door is packed. That was warning flag 1. They claim to have happy hour all day Sunday, but they don't tell you there's no happy hour menu and it's only if you sit in the bar and only$2 off appetizers so couldn't do that because my 18 year old daughter was with me. Then they finally bring the rolls, but only 2 at a time, and you have to ask each time, and the rolls are sad. This is the worst Roadhouse steakhouse I've ever been to. Won't be coming back. Thought I'd give this place another chance after going a few times over the years, but absolutely not ever again. Don't waste your money. Even Applebee's is way better and less expensive than here. Everything was very bland, the steaks were tough. How do places like this even stay in business?
This was my first time eating here. We'd heard that people just throw their peanut shells on the floor. I couldn't decide if it was fun or annoying to be stepping all over the shells on the ground. The food was fantastic though! Best Country Fried Steak I've ever had!!! So yummy!

This is a fun family place to go. We were told they didn’t take reservations so if you go Friday or Saturday evening you might wait a bit. Parking is very limited on these nights. Sunday afternoon is a great time to go. The food is very good and they have a very extensive menu.
