Good food, AMAZING service, and such a family friendly atmosphere. Delicious drinks and desert! Was an extremely good experience.

We just had a wonderful dinner there. Service was exceptional and the food was well priced and tasty. Salmon and filet and sides with a dessert to share. I do like the seating in this restaurant as it is private but the restaurant itself is too dark for me. Maybe some updating and lighting? Surprised the restaurant was not busy on a Friday night.

I was skeptical about this place for years, assuming it was just a slightly fancier Outback Steakhouse. I was absolutely incorrect with that statement.Pros• Service• Food• Cleanliness• PriceCons• I don't get to go here enough

Holy smokes! Hubs and I just had dinner here. Man has this placed improved since the last time I came here three years ago. The food and service were so much better! I was blown away by everything we ordered. Definitely a great value for the price. This place will be in our regular rotation now.

I used to take my kids to Black Angus in AZ when they were little. We all went together for old times sake. The outside of the Vancouver restaurant was unimpressive. The service was great and the food was quite tasty; just as I remembered it.Kid-friendliness: High chairs readily available. Servers nice to the kids.

I have come to Black Angus since I was a kid, and I was devastated to hear that so many of the restaurants had closed. This place was an absolute treat as a child. I grew up in the now dead middle class, and coming here was a nice night out for my family and we always loved the private atmosphere and great staff. I'm so proud to see they still stand today, after everything. The steaks are still great, the potato skins still knaw at my dreams, and heck even their rice pilaf is killer. I will come here until the day they shut the doors for good, which I hope is never. If there is ever a way to keep this great business afloat, I will always support it. You should absolutely come if you want a nice, comfortable, private and delicious night out. This is such a great first impression date spot.

My nephew and I shared a campfire dinner for two and it was very good, still too much for two people to eat comfortably. I would definitely go back.

Went here for the first time for a friend’s birthday party dinner. Considering my friends have pretty great taste in food, I thought I’d be in for a treat. But that was not the case. I ordered one of the specials, which I have to say looks pretty damn good in the photo…the Cedar Plank Chimichurri Ribeye, which was topped with a couple shrimp. I ordered it with two sides, roasted green beans and upgraded to the Burnt End Mac n Cheese. I couldn’t believe my eyes when it came to the table. The steak was super sad face. Maybe a half inch think with maybe 5 shrimps, which was topped with a dollop of what I’m guessing they think is a chimichurri. Basically it was an acidic green sauce. The Mac n cheese was drowned in bbq sauce, and the cheese sauce itself was very loose, it wasn’t thick at all. Funny to say, but the green beans were the best part of the meal. Our server did a good job considering there were 7 of us. But it’s safe to say I will not be returning to dine here again.

Food was overdone 3 of 3 plates, but the server never asked us how we wanted it done.

Been here a couple of times. The steaks are decent and have a nice smokey flavor, but nothing to rave about. We got the filet mignon, NY strip and the top sirloin. I'd skip the burgers and the rice pilaf, we weren't a big fan of those 2 items. The bread, fried shrimp, baked potatoes, and potato soup were fine as sides but again, nothing to rave over other high end steak houses.

Tried out a new place this past weekend. Unfortunately this visit did not leave a good impression. First of all, the building has this very old and musky smell that is so uninviting. The service was good! But, the food was not it. Burgers came with mayo on the side.. that’s a first & all meat was overcooked. Asked for medium rare and it came well done. Kind of disappointing for a steakhouse.

Food was great, service was outstanding, there was 8 of us in our party they did a great job staying on top of things as we ate and drank very well, the outside is dated but this did not take away from the the food or atmosphere and good time we had.
