It's hit and miss for service. Drinks are good, but lines get long, and no one walks out like Dutch, and they seem like they dont want to be there sometimes.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but this is my 2 cents after living in the area for 4 years and coming to this stand regularly in that time. The staff all know my name and my order. They even know my wife's order by heart even though I hardly come here with her. The coffee has been very consistent with the occasional mistake that they promptly correct when I bring it up. The only downside is it can be hard to line up when it's busy. Overall this is one of the best Black Rock stands I go to and can't say enough positive things.

Some of the worst coffee I've ever had...burnt espresso with charred milk...ones latte should never be made so quick that my payment transaction isn't even complete...

To whomever decided to demote Rawan back down to a barista after she built that clientele back up to make the store profitable is crazy. The staff was the BEST. I work in a VERY stressful job and they were my saving grace. Good job, the whole staff leave. That speaks volume to the management. I will NOT be visiting ANY Black Rocks anytime soon. This feels like Mean Girls at its worst.
