they rip u off u order ur birthday drink from app u get in store they tell u it's a mistake it's not free and then charge me with no receipt I did use a debit card so I'll be making a police report.
They have a great sugar-free decaf mocha.

6 police officers and 6 patrol cars show up just to kick me out for buying drinks and relaxing on my day off. Worst service ever.

I just pulled a long black hair out of my throat from the coffee I was drinking…. I don’t have hair….. when I asked for a refund the girl rolled her eyes at me. I used to come here every Saturday for a pup cup and a coffee I will never return.

There's no live person on the phone. What kind of service is this?
Just our favorite coffee bar. Coffee doesn't taste overly sweet like that other popular place. Black Rock ALWAYS has great customer service. Prices are redic but that's the way of the world today. A large Lavender Fuel cost 6 bucks and change. So instead of going 3 days a week, I go twice a month for a treat. AND they always have pup cups available for the Dawgs. Free of charge. I give an extra good tip when getting one. Black Rock could charge us but chose not to. LOVE LOVE BLACK ROCK COFFEE!!
