Horrible customer service at this location! Can’t even make the modifications we asked for. Girl working the window was rude and snappy with my wife and I when we asked a few questions. 0/10 and coffee wasn’t made how we asked. Don’t waste your money here.

I have gone to this location multiple times. My order has always correct, which is nice. But, almost every time I have to wait in the drive through for 10+ minutes with maybe one or two cars in front of me (and I see they only get a drink or two). I thought these type of coffee shops are supposed to be fast? Or has that expectation changed?

First time there was on my birthday 4/18/25 and the gal that took my order was great the man at the window the same but there was 2 other gals inside that said absolutely nothing. Just kinda rude at least with dutch if they even look your way they all say Hi and smile at you.

Makes sense sending the person who doesn't know the menu out to take the orders where there is no visible menu, had to create my order at the window as a result, also the banana bread is god awful, like really, really, really bad.

We recently went to Vancouver on a business meeting and stopped by our favorite Coffee store Black Rock. First time at this location as we live in Dallas, or but it will be the last time we go there. We got there around 9:24am and left the store 25 minutes later and didn’t get coffee as the employees seemed like they were more worried about the drive thru orders vs taking our order. The little Asian guy with the super saiyan hair walked by us about 3/4 times and never helped us out. This location and its employees suck and should take some customer service skills.

The coffee was okay. I don't go to Black Rock unless I have to. The music always sucks and is very loud. Not conducive to sitting and having a nice cup of coffee. If you want to talk to somebody you have to yell.
Had 5 stars but changed it to 1 star because Jordan, one of the employees, wanted me to buy something before I shat my pants to use their restroom. Thanks for directing me to lowes though Jordan, that really helped.

My headphones couldn't block out the music and gossip from the employees. The blended fuel was really good.
Parking: The parking is kinda fused with the drive in a bit awkward to find. If you don't drive up to the building.

The employees here are so kind. We came literally 2 minutes before closing (we didn’t realize they were closing) and we went through the drive thru. There was a car in front of us who got 6 drinks and it ended up being 8:02 when we got to the window to order. She was super sweet and still took our single drink order. She had great service and a really good attitude. Always a good experience coming here!
