I highly recommend! Not only do they make the best flavored energy drink I've had, their service is always impeccable! 9 times out of 10 my drink is already ready when I order ahead, and if it's not they acknowledge me and have it out in less than 3 minutes. So friendly! Great experience overall!

Repeatedly making an order the opposite of the way it is ordered is hilarious but in a pathetic way. It’s called having a job. Doing what you’re told. That’s what you’re agreeing to do when you become employed is to do what you’re told…. In customer service, that means following the instruction of the customer. Starbucks employees don’t have a problem with your triple pump mocha iced vanilla swirl caramel cupcake bullshit. Good lord. Maybe the hiring manager needs to be re evaluated. Clearly they aren’t bringing the right people in to represent this business… I really need to drive across town to get my drink, with all 3 ingredients, made correctly? Are you hiring dyslexic people??!

I don’t know if this is just me getting older and tastebuds changing or what but I used to love black rock. However, last week I went because haven’t been in a really long time and I needed to get a coffee on the way to where I was headed. I got a medium iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk which cost me $8!!!! I’m sorry, but not even Starbucks charges that much for a venti (large)!!! What made it worse is I couldn’t even taste any sort of coffee flavor just straight sugar! I’m leaving this review for anyone who is like me and doesn’t want to just drink straight sugar, go somewhere else!

Black Rock has a great white mocha, the staff at this location was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was very quiet and cozy while I was there.
Generally, I don't leave reviews, but I feel that I had to make an exception for this place. I've been coming here for a while to get the student discount coffee every Tuesday and it's never disappointing! For a while it was $3 for a medium coffee or large fuel and now it is $4. I can understand this change, and wasn't too bothered by this. Something that does bother me however is the rewards changes.
I used to receive a free drink for every 10 drinks I purchased. Now with the new bolts system, I get 8 bolts every time I buy a student discount drink, meaning I need to buy 22 discounted drinks to be able to redeem just a free medium drink, 27 for an any size drink!! That's a large increase, especially considering I'm paying more for the discounted drink than I used to.
Spending $94 on coffee to redeem one free medium drink is not a reward. I know many students who love coming here to study and get a nice cup of coffee. Do better.

I like to give a shout out to the dark hair young lady who took my order via drive through, it was simple large drip coffee to start my day. The drive through cashier was handed a medium coffee by the barista and noticed it was medium size and large as order and paid for. The drive through cashier let the barista know coffee size should be large.
The blond barista didn't acknowledge her or attempt to correct the order, so the cashier corrected the order herself. This is great customer service on the cashier's part. Management should have a chat with the barista about customer service and development training with staff her only job was to pour a cup of coffee in the correct size cup, which was paid for. The rating I gave was due to barista poor attitude only.
