Burgers tasted good, but my brother's burger was still pink in the middle, which is honestly hard to do with a smash burger. Staff were kind and attentive. I think they recently cleaned the drink machine because the water tasted like bleach.

Best fries in Vancouver!
Plenty of room to eat, inside and out. Food is top notch! Whole family enjoyed the food and shakes.

Terrible dry burger with I don't know what they call chili. More like mush in a can. Won't return

Perfect French fries and amazing chicken sandwiches! Burgers with the zucchini pickles are also delicious. Staff is very friendly and nice outdoor patio!

Just yikes. We paid extra for fries because it's super loud in the restaurant and he didn't hear us, the benches outside are not comfortable, the free water there tastes like it came out of an old hose that was stored in the heat too long, and the pickles aren't pickles they are zucchini. Like, as a pickle queen I am disturbed by the flavors, and how you could do such thing and call it a pickle. I dislike the flavors, the sad amount of weird cheese goo (it's weird bro) on the fries, the chilli that tasted like Wendy's Chilli, (trust me I've had better experiences at Wendy's) and the flavors just do not melt together well. Kinda tastes like.... Bananas all together. The presentation for the burger was promising, but I don't see the appeal, especially after eating it as a burger lover. This is my favorite food, I am sad to see it done so wrong. There are plenty of other burger spots I can recommend you, and if you go look on my reviews I'm sure you can see my favorites

Good burgers, thw smash burgers are a bit salty for my taste. Seems to be a common theme with smash burgers
Tonight was my first time trying a smash burger and bless your heart burgers set the bar high. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me but he was running the front counter at the vancouver location tonight August 1st. He was kind, made amazing suggestions to fit my family's desires and he really listened and engaged in conversation with us. He really made us feel like we were going to our friends or families for dinner and that's what I look for in a restaurant. The feeling like youre welcome and at home. He deserves a raise.

Incredibly slow and the girl I interacted with didn’t even know what she was doing with her hands in her pockets most of the time, very bad wish I knew the name

If you don’t care that you ever get your food then this is the place for you. I had to go up to the counter twice to find out where our food was. All I got was excuses.
