Placed an order for pickup. The inside of the place looks cool and the cashier was very nice. Unfortunately I didn’t realize my order was wrong until I got home, was given a single instead of a double, so $5 down the drain.I still had high hopes for the food quality nonetheless. Unfortunately the only flavor I could make out was an ungodly amount of salt. The burger was salvageable due to the other toppings and bun, etc. But the fries were essentially inedible due to the heavy handed dousing of salt they received. Bummer because they’re not a cheap place either.Long story short, hard to justify the high costs when you’re more likely to end up with high blood pressure instead of high quality taste.

All around, I'd give this place a 4 star! But, let me just say that this is a good thing for a place like this, and I highly recommend checking it out. I got the LL Cool J (best item we had), and we also had the chili cheese fries and Y'all Come Back burger. Both good too! They offer alcohol here, which is a cool touch, and the menu is simple (could be good or bad depending on the person). Service was good and the place was clean! Always a plus!Parking: Really busy for some reason. Not at the location, but the parking lot was almost completely full come 6:00pm. Not sure where all the people were, but just a heads up.Kid-friendliness: They had 2 high-chairs when we went (and there were multiple families that needed them). They also have a kid menu. Good for a family (the outdoor seating is great during warmer weather).

Best burgers I’ve found in Vancouver since moving here in November. Love the Y’all Come Back burger and the BBQ fries with beer cheese. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out! I keep going back for more!!

I have been to Bless Your Heart Burgers many times in the last 5 months. The first time met Jeanette the owner and she could not have been kinder...and each time I come back with more friends she is the same. And all the other employees have been the same. I come back because the burgers, fries and prices are some of the best lately.And happy hour is truly a treat. Give them a try...and now that the weather is warming I can sit outside with my puppy again.

Thumbs up for the classic burger & fries. Esp during HH 230-430 daily. Service was fast & friendly. I'll be back.Gotta say tho, the strawberry shake I had last night was the worst I've ever had. Ever. Machine goo ice cream. For the same money, I'll get a great one next time at a genuine soda fountain: Fairley's pharmacy @72nd & Sandy in NE PDX. (Sorry, BYHB.)
