They clearly had an issue with me buying houseless a coffee because they made me stand there for 15 min before acknowledging me While waiting with him. Y'all are horrible humans with a smirk. Ugh.

Went to Bleu Door on a whim and left kind of mad that I hadn’t gone sooner. It has that perfect balance of feeling cozy without trying too hard. like someone actually cares about the food and the vibes. not “life-changing,” but definitely better than other places ive been and served hot, you'd be surprised.

Beignets and French toast are yummy :) Do It!

Fresh, moist, and flakey croissants! Zucchini bread was a bit stale, and they were out of bread shortly after opening, which was a bummer.

Loved this place! Family friend recommended this place to us!

Love this place. One of our favorite places in Vancouver to eat. Food, price, and atmosphere are always on-point. Great menu with excellent options.

I will say just this much... we've been eating here for three years now. Expect to be thirsty your entire meal. The tiny glass of water you get upon being seated will not get refilled. If you ask for a refill, expect to ask at least twice more before it happens. We quit ordering coffee because we cannot get a refill. It's like they're trained to intentionally not refill drinks and disregard any requests. It is the most baffling thing. It isn't any specific wait staff member, it's all of them. Refills are impossible... this is a breakfast place... coffee and water are seemingly a staple of this meal and should flow freely.

This would easily be a 5-star review but the chronic thirst of this restaurant yields it a 3-star.

The raspberry coffee cake was so yummy and I'm glad it was vegan because I can't eat eggs.

Always great food and service (especially from Vincent) and come on the weekends for the best lemon curd beignets!

Fantastic for Sunday brunch! Our family of 4 arrived at about 9:30 on a Sunday morning - were greeted by the hostess & seated right away. Waters arrived quickly, and after a short few minutes, our server Vincent, came by. First, he thanked us for coming in & for our patience as he let us know he was the server for the entire lower level. A few minutes went by & then he came back to take our drink orders. Drinks arrived quickly & the vanilla syrup used in the latte was delicious!!! A few more minutes later, Vincent came by to take our food order. Later on in our meal, he came by again, and thanked us again for coming in & for our patience. Honestly, we were just having a lazy Sunday morning with no rush to be on our way - so it worked out perfectly. Vincent came back to collect our payment & he told us about the owner, products they purchase for their high-quality food & drink, etc. We never got the feeling he was flustered or stressed - a very pleasant server.
For the food: I ordered the biscuits & gravy - it was delicious. Thick gravy over bacon & cheddar biscuits. My husband ordered the Bleu Lady, which is their version of the classic Croque Madame. Very rich & delicious. The bechamel was really tasty!! Our oldest ordered the Classic Breakfast & enjoyed it very much. Our youngest order a la carte items of scrambled eggs, & bacon, & a butter croissant with jam. He was in heaven! A *tiny* suggestion would be to offer a small kids menu, since right now this is not something offered. But, we were able to still find great bites for our little guy, so it wasn’t a huge deal. We were so stuffed that we didn’t have any room for pastries, but we’ll definitely be back for that on its own sometime!

This is such a great place for brunch. The food is fantastic and the service is friendly and efficient. Vincent was our server. We shared an order of the beignets which were just heavenly. I also ordered the shrimp and grits which I'll definitely come back for again. The coffee was rich and dark. Hmm...just so good.

What a wonderful afternoon spent with my best friends enjoying the most wonderful pastries and tea sandwiches. I have always been a huge fan of Bleu Door but their Galentines High Tea was next level. Highly recommend!!

Chai basque cheesecake had good texture, but I wish the chai flavor was stronger. Cream on top tasted good.

Everything I tried was delicious. I got a croissant, a stuffed croissant (called a "squiggle), blueberry crumble and a coffee. Got it all to go and everything was nicely packed. Best of all, everything was incredibly delicious. The crumble happened to be gluten free but it was just as delicious as a gluten counter part. Lemon curd in the squiggle was wonderful. I will definitely return to try everything.

We ordered catering for an event from Bleu Door. The food was delicious, presentation was fantastic, and they maintained great communication throughout the entire process. We couldn't ask for more and really appreciate their help!
