First time coming across the famous Braganza tea!!!! I forgot his name but he’s Asian and had a buzz cut. I believe he is the store manager bc of how customer service oriented he was and guided his coworkers during rush hour. He helped me and my cousin choose the best boba ever! Will be coming back.
Love the blended matcha with boba!Been going here since moving to the PNW in 2011 and have seen multiple employee's go through but the drinks are consistent.It is awkward that the line needs to go across the walkway to the glass railing so the line doesn't block the neighboring businesses. But it's always worth the wait if there is a line and even better when there isn't one.
I always get the same thing and love it every time, they are right in the middle of the hallway and they are a small place so they get very backed up. But many people, including me, thinks it is worth the wait.
