I’d say the company needs to work on consistency. I was just told even when using oatmilk they’ll still add some dairy to my drink. Sometimes they have dark chocolate for me to add, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they tell me no side sauces come with my breakfast burrito, sometimes they offer them. It’s never really the same answer each time I come, very inconsistent. It’s unfortunate as their burritos are best in town.
I have been a brewed awakings customer for over 15 years now, they are my absolute favorite coffee, breakfast etc place!
My only critique, and I know this sounds Petty but good Lord when you're paying $7 for a coffee.. I wish a little more attention was paid at the window. I feel like every single time they ask if you want whipped cream, you say yes, you get up to the window they ask you if you want whipped cream, you say yes and then 2 minutes later they hand you...

My personal favorite coffee. The blended drinks are lovely and smooth, with just the right amount of sugar and bitter caffeine kick.
Staff is always very friendly and considerate. For instance, if you ask for non-dairy milk in a mocha, they'll ask if you also want non-dairy dark chocolate instead of the regular milk chocolate syrup.
