We come here all the time… the food is great, servers are wonderful. But today…. Yikes. I went into the bathroom with my 6 year old, I looked under the second stall to see if someone was in there and I saw black no lace vans. I had her go in the other stall. This person walked out and didn’t wash their hands.. amp on exiting the bathroom I saw this person behind the counter inside the kitchen. She was an employee. So gross. How could a kitchen employee not wash their hands!!!!?!?!???

I was there on Tuesday and everything was fine, the bar was a bit crowded and the girl from the bar is very good at working, what I didn't like was just seeing the one who I think was the manager not doing anything, just standing with his arms crossed without helping a bit, seeing that the place was a bit crowded, the truth is I don't think it's right to do that, just standing with your arms crossed without doing anything while you see how others need help, that's a good manager, I hope and the company can fix that.

The wings are always great. Get the app and find some deals that aren't in store to pre-order. Kid friendly and very courteous staff. Damn good cocktails as well! Suggest the Habenero Mango Margarita but it is spicy/hot.

I’ve always had a great experience at this BWW because of one server! Her name is Caitlyn, she always has a bow in her hair. Every time I come in with my toddler daughter she remembers my exact order, is so so sweet, great service. And she remembers all of the little things that some servers forget. Give that girl a raise! 🥰💪

I paid $100 plus an $18 dollar tip for cold food and late delivery. Don't order delivery it will be a horrible experience.
