Went to BWW yesterday for a late lunch. We went to the bar to have a couple drinks. My husband decided to go to counter to order food because we were being ignored in the bar and we thought it might be faster. We have gone to the counter to purchase our food many times before and they would just bring our food over to us in the bar even if it was takeout.Well some time later the manager comes to tell us that we would need to come to the counter to get our food on our way out. She informed us that if we bought takeout we would have to immediately “take it out “ of the restaurant. This was “after” the person that took our order told us that she would bring our order to us in the bar. We were planning to have more drinks and may have wanted to have some of our food with our drinks as we have done many times before.I can’t count the number of times that we had takeout food brought to us while in the bar.When we went to get our food the order was wrong. Part of our order included chicken tenders with wedges. They did not include the upgraded wedges but gave us French fries instead. This was the person that took our orders error.Instead of the server bringing us the order of wedges that we paid for, she took our box with the tenders back to the same manager and we watched the Manager take each and every French Frie out of our box that we had already paid for. We were appalled! I motioned for the Manager to come out and speak with us and informed her that we wanted a refund. She told us that it would take 30 days for us to get a refund!!!When we got home with our food, we discovered that several of the wedges were not completely cooked all the way, and the chicken wings were hard and dry.We began going to this location years ago after the BWW on Broadway in Portland Oregon closed. So it’s been a very long time that we’ve been coming out of state to visit this BWW location. First time we’ve ever encountered this!This experience is forcing us to strongly consider whether we want to do any business with BWW ever again.

I did take out only been there once before I was craving wings I got 10 boneless wings honey bbq I called to order when k was 5 minutes away when I got there it wa Ready so speedy service the food was good and hot when I got home and they remembered my sauce request. I will be going

Man have the prices of wings skyrocketed almost 20 dollars for 10 wings fries and veggies not even included! The service was okay nothing to rave about it was super loud so it was hard to hear anyone talk at the table go for happy hour that way it will be worth the money!

Waited well over the wait time given to us. Manager on duty dismissed many concerned patrons on wait times and refused to seat at open tables. Used to frequent this establishment and cannot express enough how poorly it is run and inefficient the staff is. The host however was incredibly friendly and willing to help.

Well, the overall experience is kinda what you'd expect from a large chain franchise. The chicken wings, their signature meal, were okay. Kinda dry and not fantastic. Luckily our server Jaiden, was fantastic and Johnny on the spot. Our food arrived Pronto. Unfortunately, part of the reason is the wings are pre-perpared. The overall vibe is kinda cafeterish and sterile. Lots of TVs playing live sports though.

I will never order delivery from this location again. Had 2 orders of wings, 4 orders of veggies, and cheese curds with a drink. Order arrived and had absolutely no veggies or dips of any kind for my wings or my cheese curds (which was supposed to be included). Called the restaurant immediately and they responded with "well those are technically free items so we really can't do anything unless you come in." Why do you charge an extra fee then to "keep your take-out service running" if my order isn't even packed complete. The entire reason I even ordered delivery was because my only car was down being worked on and we were already frustrated with that so I thought I'd do something to boost our mood and order food for us. Ended the night even more frustrated by this experience.

I DID QUESTION THE BILL. MY FRIEND ORDERED 12 WINGS AND THE THE CHARGE WAS CORRECT BUT THE SECOND PLATE OF WINGS WERE CHARGED AT 19.48. THE WAITRESS COULD NOT EXPLAIN THIS. I BELIEVE THIS WAS A VERY BIG OVERCHARGE. WITH THIS SAID I WILL LOOK AT THE BILL VERY CAREFULLY OR NOT COME AGAIN TO BWW

We’ve been frequent buffalo customers for years, but tonight will be our last time stepping foot in there. The hostess, Rae, was so unbelievably rude. After waiting 45 minutes she crammed 6 of us, 4 being large grown men, into the booth and it was beyond tight, please note we did ask to sit in the bar and she ignored that request. We asked our waitress to sit at the table over for more room, she said yes. Rae stomped over within 5 minutes barking at everyone telling us we have to sit in the booth or leave. We are adults? You do not threaten paying customers. Fire her and learn to hire good and kind people
