Timothy johnson is a terrible manager who enforces fake policies. I went there within the last week, bought my food through the drive thru, ate it in the parking lot and asked if I could get a refill on my soda. Timothy said there is a policy that since I purchased my items through the drive thru I am not eligible for a refill. Even with my receipt in hand. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company!!!!
They messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it the Manager had the Worst attitude!!! I called their main office and the lady said she was so sorry and please let them buy me another meal! When I went to collect my meal They said “ we don’t know what you are taking about” Do Not support this business they SUCK!!!!
