11-28-2025 I saw this young skinny white male using his phone during making the food he went over grab some gloves put the phone down didn't wash his hands, phones carry a heavy amount of body grease build up from people touching them. Phone are commonly brought into all places even the bathrooms and rarely get clean. I'm good got sick BK in Longview WA when somebody did this (the crew was removed)

The people are always slow and unhelpful when you go inside and not only do you wait 20 minutes for your food and another 20 minutes just to order your food when there's only 2 people in front of you ......and good luck getting your receipt or change back

Pros: it’s clean. Food was good.

Cons: everything else. Their restrooms are locked to everyone but customers, and even then it’s iffy. You can definitely tell the employees don’t want to be here. Soda machine requires a code that you barely hear the employees rattle off. And if I’d known the only sauce they have for fries was mustard I wouldn’t have ordered a large one. Probably won’t be back to this one .

Food was great other than the drive through guy over explaining how he lies about the milkshake and ice cream machine being down because they take too long. I wouldn't have cared if I hadn't had him tell me that same lie about a week before....

Forgot my sauce for my mozzarella sticks, made a super messy disgusting wrap, and when I went back for something else, took the wrap and gave me a small burger and replacement of it the cheapest thing on their menu that did not match the price

This has GOT to be the worst Burger King I have ever been too.
Customer service was rude, abrupt and ‘spacey’. One employee walking around with an AirPod in, listening to everything BUT employees or customers.
The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.
You have to have a code to get soda - because it’s soooo expensive.
And to top it off - my freakin fries are COLD! I have never had cold fries from anywhere I have ever been too.
0/10 - do NOT recommend.

Timothy johnson is a terrible manager who enforces fake policies. I went there within the last week, bought my food through the drive thru, ate it in the parking lot and asked if I could get a refill on my soda. Timothy said there is a policy that since I purchased my items through the drive thru I am not eligible for a refill. Even with my receipt in hand. Timothy Johnson was extremely rude and even said that if I were to purchase in the lobby I could get a refill. what sense does that make? then went on to compare me to the homeless and said any homeless could get drinks and go through the drive thru and ask for refills. do homeless drive cars? do the homeless have their receipt? regardless of being homeless or not I believe that is a made up policy and that mrs Timothy was having a bad day and decided to not help out her customers.
