Got the new Sponge Bob kids meal. Was disappointed it didn’t have the square bottom bun like in the pictures. It came with a whistle toy that was super annoying the whole ride home. Idk who thought a whistle in a kids meal was a great idea…maybe someone who is an avid flute player.

Typical Burger King food, nothing spectacular but food always takes a long time, forgot multiple things when we ordered online. Half the building is boarded up because the ceiling was molding, was never taken care of. That’s gotta be a heath violation of some kind.

I went through drive thtough yesterday becaise I had a short window of time to gtab somethinhg to eat and there were 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the order box the man couldnt answer questions about food items I asked, so he said to pull to the window. when I got to the windowand was speaking face to face with himIthat I wanted an eight piece chicken fry with a large fry and a drink and I also wanted to use the code for a BOGO original chivken sandwhichs. Then I showed him my app/ email and said Inwanted to get my free burthday whopper. He tpld me he didn't know how to do that and then I would have to come into the restaurant. I explained to him that I was not able to do that, and then he does when do the hand me my orderand the only thing in the bag was too chicken sandwiches they forgot the small fry the large fry the chicken fries the sauce the drink. and I said Hey where's the rest of my order what's going on and he said oh wish I were having trouble with our new system. I said okay that's fine but I still need the rest of my order and he said that I would have to pull around the front and come in and take care of it and again I said I don't have time for that I need that's why I came to drive through. and so I ended up not getting my food I just had to leave because I was on a time crunch and he was incredibly rude and very unfriendly. if I could give a zero Stars I would

We are locals and regularly come here, food is typical Burger King, flame broiled burgers and fries are good (as expected) but for some reason the drive-thru is painfully slow...every time. Most recent visit we went at 2pm (long after lunch hour) and it took almost 20 mins total. Good food, but NOT fast.
They are generally les busy that McDonald's, and if they miss something in your order... they maje it right immediately.

They are friendly and all , but maybe they can stop talking once in a while because two chicken sandwiches should not have took 15 -20 minutes. And Sit there and listen to them laughing giggle and down there in the middle of the Cook line and stuff to talk when they should work more than if they can’t multitask. Honestly places do not know customer service anymore. I mean at all they’re too busy friending everybody instead of actually making people do their job.

Impossible Burger means a road tripping vegetarian actually has something to eat. Clean attractive restaurant. Efficient pleasant staff.
