When we went there whoppers were made sloppy and I felt bad shift mgr told trai ee not to talk to people with window open five feet away,We will not come back here,was good three months ago. Salmon creek wash.

I had a good experience the last time I ordered drive-thru. The server was energetic and offered me a BK crown. Yes, I took it and put it on immediately. I know it's a hard job, and I appreciated her great attitude.

I ordered large meals but did not get large fries. I've gotten the same amount in a small. I asked for no ice in the drinks and they still put ice in them. I asked for 1 of the 3 double cheeseburgers with mayo but none of them had mayo.
You know… the food is what it is for fast food. Can’t complain too much about that. But if you come to this location, you will have regular restaurant wait times unless you just order a fountain drink. Seriously. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and no matter how big or small the order is, I’ll use the drive thru and have to park out front for at least 10-15 min while they cook it. Today, it was over 15 min. Started watching YouTube to pass the time. I don’t know why warming up food takes this long especially when I was just one of maybe 2 customers they had the whole time I sat here. And the 2 people that came in after me got served first with larger orders.

Ordered a whopper with no tomatoes and extra onions, apparently the worker here can’t read because I got tomatoes and no onions at all. This is my first experience with Burger King in general, this plain burger was sad and dry. Fries had no salt as well so I was just eating a fried potato.

Wanna give a shout out to Trevor for his excellent customer service! Was having a rough day, but his positive personality definitely helped make the day better. To upper management here and in hazeldale take care of this employee, not everyday do you get someone like him.

Ordered new BBQ burger, wasn't as well put together as the one from different restaurant. Also ordered pickle fries to try... They were limp, soggy, and there were like 7 little fries in this big container... Totally disappointing, especially given the cost

Employees were very nice, but I had ordered online over half an hour before getting there to pick up the order and it still took almost 10 mins to get the order. And I didn't check the bags before I left which was my mistake but there were 5 total items missing from the order. (3 sauces, a sandwich, and the juice for the kids meal) then after arriving home and starting to eat the food was terrible. Pickle fries were soggy and super salty. French fries were inedible from how salty they were and the sandwiches were just disgusting! Definitely not going to this location again.
