Ordered on door dash, an hour before closing. Door dash order had no customization options to the bacon king meal, when arrived it arrived with no seasoning, no bacon and no cheese, but an ungodly amount of mayo and ketchup! I looked over our door dash reciept and it shows the only customization to the order was no ice with the second meal! BUT the reciept on the bag shows no cheese and no bacon! Yalls system or your worker messed up. I tried to call you about this. Still 30 min before you closed, there was no answer and at some point it seemed that the phone connected then was hung up. Please do better. Thanks 😊

I recently took my kids here and the service was great. The entire place was clean. The staff were fantastic. And having the TV playing a kids movie helped my kids sit down and eat.

I hate to be a negative Nancy, but this is one of the worst BK locations I've ever visited. The food is consistently made wrong. A lot of the burgers taste dry, as if they're using half as much sauce as they should be. It's just always something. Dry buns, weird patty, suspicious tomatoes, icky lettuce... I hate paying the prices they charge now and getting this level of quality. The staff is friendly, but there is something in the water at that location it seems like. It just doesn't feel right for the area it's in. Hoping it'll improve in the future.
They frequently use old bread for their buns, that disintegrate when you hold it. Have complained to them before, but it is happening again. They are trying to save money at the expense of customers. Also very stingy with their sauces. Only max 2.

We just drove through to order food. The lady canceled my order at the speaker even I was speaking to order. She asked me to wait at the window. We wait for a long time and she didn’t show up. Never go to this place. So rude. We did have good experience before, but not any more.

Do not go to this burger King if you want your correct food and then after I went in with my receipt the so call manager threw a fit and accused me of picking the receipt off the ground outside. horrible management even worse food

I eat a lot of Burger King...This has to be the most professional one I've been to! Idk if it's new or well maintained, but it's clean. The wooper I got even looked like the picture. Shocked never had a wooper look like the picture. They even had toys for my son's kids meal. The bags were folded properly and they were quick. 5 stars all the way I'm impressed 💯 😁 💯

Came inside to order, counter person was great, but then down hill from there. Took over 15 minutes to get order and on top of that everything was cold. Didn't notice until I got on freeway and was not going back. Will not stop at that Burger King again.
