Their food is good & the employees are welcoming & friendly. It's located near shopping & other restaurants as well. They also have little crowns & meals with toys for the kids.Parking: I'm not sure how many parking spots there are but I would guess, approximately 20+.Kid-friendliness: When I've been there, I see kids enjoying their meals & are happy playing with the toys that they got with the meal. It's nice to see happy, smiling kids havin fun!!!Wheelchair accessibility: It's the same as anywhere else. They have ramps at both doors, plenty of space in the restaurant & bathroom to nicely accommodate the physically challenged people & they also have parking spaces for the disabled as well.

Food is always good. I recently stopped for lunch at a Burger King in Wilsonville, the men's restroom had no toilet paper and no soap. They didn't even have a soap dispenser so how were employees able to correctly wash their hands?

I’ve been here multiple times and somehow the service keeps getting worse.This time I stood at the counter for a few minutes going ungreeted while they prepared orders just feet from me. And then, seemingly begrudgingly, they took my order. I then waited what seemed like much longer than a standard wait time to then be ignored (while saying thank you) after my order number was called.The place was also dirty. Multiple tables and booths had not been cleaned since their last use with crumbs, napkins, and ketchup packets strewn around.The last time I was here I also stood in line for a few minutes until I was told that indoor service wasn’t happening and that it was drive through only… the family behind me was also disappointed.I’ve learned my lesson now though and won’t be back. This place needs new management so the customers here don’t feel like a burden.

Very clean store! Food cooked and presented in a manner that was better than most places (smashed) The General manager Sergio is top notch! I asked if they were serving lunch yet and he said not for another 30 minutes but what would I like and he made it fresh on the spot for me! This is rare to find someone who really takes care of the customer, give this man a bonus! Thanks Sergio.

I wish the service was better. The employees are always in a bad mood no matter how big or small your order is. especially the staff for night shift, they are always extremely rude and expect you to wait at least 10 minutes and park out front to wait for your order. In addition the food quality has been terrible. do not come here, especially at night.

I waited at the drive-through speaker for 5 minutes before being helped and two cars behind me left before they even made their orders. After leaving, pulled off to the side to doublecheck the order, the order was incorrect. Went back inside, took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing there. Also heard employees complaining about other employees and saw management material talking about employee disciplined, sitting on the counter. Not a very professional Company. I know it’s fast food, but management should have better sense on how to keep their employees holding to a company standard. This seems to be the typical results in Food service industries these days. It’s pretty sad.

This is the closest BK to out house but we are happy to drive to any other from now on.There's a lady that works the closing shift often and It's apparent that she hates her job. She is not friendly or inviting.Once we were there atleast 30 mins before close and she said "we are out of burger patties." When I questioned her she said that her boss said she could start closing early so they aren't making anymore patties. That is terrible service and then tonight we were there over an hour and a half before close and she said that they cleaned the ice cream machine for the night so no ice cream. We decided to cancel order and go to a different BK and they still had their Ice Cream machine up and running and they were super nice!Your location could learn a thing or two from the Chaklov location!

We drove through the drive thru and had to park for 15 min. When the food arrived we grabbed out a couple of burgers to eat while driving to an appointment. The food was cold the bun, the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was cold also like it just came out the fridge. We were on the road and couldn’t turn back so I called and they were very nasty and so okay. I asked what can you do about that! They said fine bring in your receipt and I’ll make it again. I explained we had an appointment at couldn’t right no would you like my name so can come back later? No just make sure you have a receipt because I know I gave you one!! I’ll never go there again. Very disrespectful!! We just through it out.

Terrible service. The worst service from any Burger King I've ever tried to eat at. They can't get anything done and they're so incredibly rude. I wonder how much business this store loses from people driving away from the drive thru, having not ever being served. Won't ever be back.
