Costumer service at this location is one of the worst I've ever seen. They literally ignored the line of dine in costumers, hoping that they leave so the ticket time don't show how slow and incompetent they really are. I saw 3 people walk away from the ordering line while the manager chuckles, checked his phone, and talk with other employees.
After more than 5 minutes waiting first in line, I asked if they could take my order and the manager said no, so I just went to McDonald's and it took them less than 4 minutes to give me the food.

I always come when Norma is working. She’s never got my order wrong and my food is always fresh and hot. I’m vegetarian and order the Impossible Whopper. It’s actually tasty!!! I’ve had other experiences here that wasn’t a 5 star but Norma makes it a 5 star!!!
Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper is vegetarian. You’ll have to ask for no mayo. The fries are also vegetarian.

We stopped in for a quick bite and got some of the new mozzarella sticks- better than the old ones for sure! Chicken fries were delicious as always lol But the decorations enchanted my halloween heart! ? They took a lot of time and effort! Go check it out!
Arrived in the morning when no other customers were there. Staff saw me and and didn’t help for 5 minutes even though they weren’t busy. Despite that, it was a pickup order that was already ready in the kitchen. Staff was on the phone taking a random personal call during this time. When they finally handed me the pickup, they didn’t even make eye contact lol or say anything. Very unprofessional.
