Hazel Dell location is disgusting! Flies everywhere, food made wrong or missing items, overflowing trash cans and employees just standing around gossiping and doing nothing. Don't let the manager make your cream soda because they don't know how to make it.

I just want to share that my spouse and I have really loved Burgerville for dinner on our burgery nights. My spouse is vegetarian and absolutely hates plant-based patties. I used to be vegetarian and have a soy allergy, so I go 50/50 on whether I want to eat a real burger. Burgerville was one of the only places that sold the Beyond Meat burgers, and it was our 'safe' food place for a really long time. This month, we were devastated to find that the Beyond Meat burger has been cut from the menu entirely and replaced by a vegan patty made from chickpeas/mushrooms/etc. I don't find it at all palatable, and neither does my spouse. As neurodivergent people who thrive on routine and expectations, we are no longer able to eat at Burgerville.
I'm sure the rest of the menu is still as great as ever! I just wanted to share that this particular change drove away two customers who relied on a product they no longer offer.

It was ok, nothing to go crazy over. the shakes are good but, very very expensive. I mean if i'm paying $8 plus for a shake? For 2 people simple order $30.00? That's more then what we spend when we go to dinner.

The food was great and the lady that served us was very nice. She rung my burger in correctly but the cooks mistakenly made my burger incorrectly. The manager Chris had remade my burger wrong a second time. Needless to say I was not thrilled. He gave me attitude implying that it was my fault the burger was made wrong. He came to our table and gave us a $10 coupon when my burger was $12.69. I will not be back and I will make sure everyone else knows I was unhappy. Almost $80 for my family's meal and they couldn't even make the food right. If I could write zero stars I would and it is all due to Chris' managing
I am SO disappointed with my experience here. The menu visuals are misleading in drive-thru. McDonald's Chicken sandwiches are better, Burger Kings onions rings are better, & Long John Silvers Fish & Chips is better. They charged me $51 for some NASTY, BURNT food. I could have spent half the price somewhere else and received better food. Visiting from California and I thought I was going to have a great experience with a name like BURGERVILLE..but what I got was horrible. I could've eaten better at aTruck-Stop. A waste of money and time. Never again will I dine at ANY Burgerville

Normally I really enjoy Burgerville but this location was a disappointment. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese but it arrived with cheese on it, and I couldn't find a single table to sit at that didn't have crumbs or smears of ketchup and grease left behind. The floor of the eating area was pretty bad too, but the bathroom was decently clean. The employees seem exhausted and demoralized, poor things.
