Burgerville is my favorite establishment. I am a 93 year old woman who brings her grandchildren here after swim practice, every time. Been here since it had opened. The employee named Aurora is such a doll. Perfect service, and definitely coming back because of her. She is going to excel in the burgerville ladder.

Foods great but every time I come during night shift to this store and ask for heavy and or extra ketchup it is not given. The last picture is from the ketchup packets, that I had to go back through the drive thru to ask for. Ricky I believe that’s the manager said that there was extra ketchup on the burgers if that’s how y’all give “extra ketchup” you guys need to relearn some things.

I am surprised at some of these reviews. Where can you eat for this money and not have it be absolute trash? Workers are very sweet and food is decent. I genuinely enjoyed my double cheeseburger and the spocy chicken slider. The chicken was just a bit on the dry side but the rub on it is very unique and honestly quite great. I will be back for both soon.
