Today was the 65th bday celebration Burgerville. My online order didnt have a scheduled time so I waited a long time. I totally understood they were super busy, & the manager was very professional. I could tell it was crazy for them trying to get everyone's order. I will definitely be coming back! Their Portland Cold Brew shake was yummy!

Give y’all a tip cause service has been good last two visits and what do you do!? You forget my ladies sauce…. 👎👎 it’s fast food, it isn’t difficult. You even read the sauce off to me when confirming my order. $47 for two people get your shit together- that cost the same as eating out at a real restaurant.
It's not anywhere near what it was, when George Propstra owned it. It's changed a lot. Especially, the price of food for what one gets. I've been disappointed in the service as well. I had doubts about visiting any Burgerville location again, and this didn't help.

The people who work there didn't put my order in at the drive through. Then I get up to the first window and they ask if I have an online order (obviously no) so then she put my order in and then I get into the second window and they tried to hand me somebody else's food. They do this job all day yet seem to make mistakes like new hires. Cold and thrown together originally hamburgers. Good but could have been better on all accounts.
