I’m from California. I bought a burger here from the drive through. When I unwrapped it, it was smooshed with sauce all over the soggy bun. Did not even bother eating the overpriced burger. Terrible burger joint.

One of my neighbors said they had a fish sandwich, so I tried it. To me it's nothing worse than tartar sauce that doesn't taste like tartar sauce should. I had high hopes but was let down.

Employee with glasses says I was rude!! He said I didn’t order a menu item in the drive through, even though I had a receipt! He lied about me not ordering a such item . Even after the receipt was shown to him. 40 years a customer NO more !

I find it absolutely ridiculous that it takes me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru line waiting behind one single car and that car only received one bag of food. If You're Expecting fast service from this place you might want to go somewhere else. Waiting 15 minutes in drive-thru is unacceptable

It’s like any other Burgerville. you get what you pay for, it’s still fast food, but it’s higher quality better tasting fast food and somehow they always manage to hire some of the friendliest employees but i’m still not going to hit that tip button because I’m using the drive-through of a fast food place and it’s already expensive

Something changed at this Burgerville. I stopped going here for a couple years then decided to give it another try. Their burgers and fries are always perfect. Service is great, everyone appears to be happy working here now.
