Had a great experience for this local chain restaurant...food was great, table was clean, but service was slow lots of people behind the counter and I was only one standing at the counter but about a five minute wait to order, bathrooms need a deep clean something about the smell.

Service at this location varies from ok to great. As for the food at Burgerville in general over the recent years, their burgers and fries aren’t nearly as good as they were 5 or 6 years ago. Back then they were delicious and worth the sky high prices, nowadays they’re a lot more bland and barely good enough to consider mediocre. There’s plenty of places around here where I could get a much better tasting burger and fries, tip a server and still not have to pay more than how much I would at Burgerville.

This place makes a very reliable and good bacon cheeseburger. The thing that makes its special is they use Tillamook cheese. Shakes are great too

Food was substandard. paid for fry sauce and did not get it. Went through the drive through so didn't realize it until I got back to hospital. Ruined dinner for us.

Their large fries is almost $5 and it’s small serving. Northwest burger close to $8. Too expensive. It would have been ok but it took them 15 mins. to make em.

Fast food but high quality. Strawberry Milkshake and Rosemary Fries are great.

I don’t live in the western area of the United States, so prior to today, I had never even heard of Burgerville. I can say though, after my experience today, they serve up some of the freshest burgers on the market. When I initially walked into the restaurant, it had an American diner theme, which was cool to see. When I ordered, the cashier was attentive, taking note of everything I said. My total came out to 23$, which is definitely pricey… I don’t know if the prices in Oregon and Washington have substantial differences, but other restaurants tended to be much cheaper for the same amount of food. Regardless, I sat down, and the food was brought out fairly quickly. I ordered a strawberry shake, which was fresh, and had bits of strawberry inside, although, I’ll say it tasted more like a smoothie. I also ordered the #6 (1/2) burger, which was enormous, and didn’t look like a fast food burger at all. I took a bite and was hit with fresh flavors, from the seared patties, to the aged cheddar cheese, to the fresh vegetables found on the burger. With the burger, I ordered fries to dip in the shake, they were hot and salty. I’ll say, I was very satisfied with Burgerville, and I’ll likely return if I’m back in the west.
