Food was substandard. paid for fry sauce and did not get it. Went through the drive through so didn't realize it until I got back to hospital. Ruined dinner for us.

Their large fries is almost $5 and it’s small serving. Northwest burger close to $8. Too expensive. It would have been ok but it took them 15 mins. to make em.

I don’t live in the western area of the United States, so prior to today, I had never even heard of Burgerville. I can say though, after my experience today, they serve up some of the freshest burgers on the market. When I initially walked into the restaurant, it had an American diner theme, which was cool to see. When I ordered, the cashier was attentive, taking note of everything I said. My total came out to 23$, which is definitely pricey… I don’t know if the prices in Oregon and Washington have substantial differences, but other restaurants tended to be much cheaper for the same amount of food. Regardless, I sat down, and the food was brought out fairly quickly. I ordered a strawberry shake, which was fresh, and had bits of strawberry inside, although, I’ll say it tasted more like a smoothie. I also ordered the #6 (1/2) burger, which was enormous, and didn’t look like a fast food burger at all. I took a bite and was hit with fresh flavors, from the seared patties, to the aged cheddar cheese, to the fresh vegetables found on the burger. With the burger, I ordered fries to dip in the shake, they were hot and salty. I’ll say, I was very satisfied with Burgerville, and I’ll likely return if I’m back in the west.

$26 for a burger that I couldn't eat. So wet that the bun fell apart as I tried to eat it and they left off the bacon I paid extra for.

I keep trying to like BV. I would like to support them because they are local. I go back every 4-6 months, and leave disappointed. Foods OK. Overpriced. NW company, has no protection from the rain while you order, but tries to upsell you on everything while you are getting drenched.
With take dirty cash, but make you try and insert a card in a moving target. Don’t get it.

Burgerville is a nostalgia thing for me. The beef is never frozen and provides by a local company. The spread they use is the game-changer in the taste of their burgers. Service was quick and efficient.

Came here for lunch and ordered the chicken strips. When I got back to work with my lunch, I saw help old and dry.The chicken strips were so I drove back. The manager told me that she knew that the chicken strips looked bad i told her if she knew that they were looking like that, then she should not sell them. She told me that she didn't have a choice. I got my money back but I don't think I will return at this location if they are serving food they know is bad.

I really liked my burger. The person who took my order was very nice, and the person who cashed me out (I think their name was Rein) was very good.
