I went here the other day and ordered a Colossal with extra spread. They had me pull up to one of the spaces reserved for large orders right after I paid, there was only once car behind me. The person working the drive thru gave my order to the person BEHIND me with their order. It was NOT busy at all. I got to wait a long time for them to figure out that I hadn't gotten my order and then make another one. They did nothing to make it right, perhaps a free Burger like the guy who they gave my order got, or even some free fries or drink. Nope, all I got was a LONG wait for a mediocre burger.

Since about 2004, Burgerville has always been a stop when I visit the Portland area. Then I didn't come for about 5 to 7 years and now the last two visits have been so disappointing that I'm not going to seek it out anymore. The menu has changed dramatically, and so has the style. I think it has lost its old magic. The Walla Walla onion rings were good, but the burger was unremarkable and I didn't even finish it. It cost me $20 for a burger, onion rings, and a drink. Definitely not worth the cost.

We were a large group, service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and when we had a spill the staff was courteous and respectful. The food was exactly what we ordered, and all of our food allergies were well accommodated. It's marionberry season, and we enjoyed introducing folks new to the area to marionberries.

My compliments to the photographer, the taste was okay not bad not amazing standard burger. Ordered the Walla Walla burger with fries, burger in the picture looks amazing fluffy and stuffed full of onions, what I got was a semi flat patty between two buns with a scattering of chopped onion and a slice of cheese. The fries were good, The milkshake was really good. Got my little brother a burger W/ pickles, fries and a drink my total was like $38.61 which is about what I expect to spend on two people in this economy but I need the food to be better at that price... *EDIT* Changed from 3 star to 4 star for accountability.

25 minutes for an order of fries, only one car ahead of me. When they finally got to me, they were barely luke warm and inedible. Horrible experience.

They provide more than the 5 chicken strips I ordered. Super friendly staff and decent speed for lunch hour, but I still wish for a faster drive thru
