I used to enjoy our occasional stop at Burgerville but after looking at our bill for 2 fish sandwiches with 2 fries and 1 regular cheeseburger with no drinks. We are officially done with being gauged by fast food restaurants for food not worthy of the price being charged.

Delicious local food. I recommend order pickup and getting it inside, because sometime they are short staff and you'll pick up the food faster.
Love the double beef cheese burger with extra cheese. Service was great! Friend loved his fries dipped in the shake. Guess it's a thing.

I swear my experience at all burgervilles have been terrible lately. This locations service was awful. I submitted a mobile order an hour in advance. I come to the counter and there's a guy standing near the registers chatting with a coworker. Neither come to help me as I'm staring right at them. I wait a couple minutes. Finally another girl gives me my order but it's the WRONG order.I'm so sick and tired of the awful service at burgervilles

Very slow personnel , it took over 20 min for 3 cars to get their meals. Last time I went inside for fries (one person ahead of me) and also waited 20 minutes.

So I try really hard to like Burgerville, we have had an up and down relationship for years. Things have have been great the last month until today. I started off by ordering in the Drive thru, everything sounds good lady is happy and I order and I tell her I am done, she asked me if I would like a free sauce to go with my Fry's, I am like Ok how about a tarter since your Supposed to get 2 free for every order. So when I get up to the window everything is good, but they did not offer a receipt, So I asked for one, and sure enough she charged me 30 cents for a tater sauce, again after clearing this up with a manager months ago. Plus my Fry's were cold, horrible experience, and to be honest I get over charged or cold food about 50% of the time. So please Ask for your receipt, look for overcharging. And taste your food to make sure it's not cold.
