Salmon Creek Burgerville has recently seemed improved on quality, speediness of the drive through, and friendly quick service. The quality of the food has always been delicious and it never disappoints. I highly recommend it!

Ricky the manager hooked it up! We had ordered on the mobile app and when we got there two of our items were unavailable. He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn't have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That's a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!

I rarely leave reviews in general, especially for fast food places. This burgerville is clean, well run, and the employees are phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience with Liam at the in-store ordering counter, and hope they get lots of bonuses and recognition for just being an awesome person in general. I was under caffeinated and on my way up north to Seattle for a long drive and had a lot of questions because I don’t come to burgerville often, and Liam was so helpful, enthusiastic, and I could tell they actually care. Thank you for making the day better!

We ordered 2 fish and chips at 13.99 a piece to go . When my husband got home he reminded me that they weren’t doing halibut . Ok cod is alright . Seeing the baskets I was really suprised at the size of the pieces of so called cod . Did we order a child’s meal ? No , well should have been . The fries were super old kinda burned and soggy . The dogs wouldn’t even eat them . The so called fish was not seasoned super small and not cod . Again I am super dissatisfied with bugerviille , do better . We pay for good food and chose YOU but when you give out food of that quality it calls into question if eating out is even worth it . So so so disappointed

Flavor of the Huckleberry shake is delicious! Price is steep but you are getting real ice cream. It is a once in a while treat. Service was get in and get out not very friendly or helpful when asking questions.

manager at this location seems to run this store like a military boot camp. Was being disgustingly rude and egocentric to his staff as if he was above them in life. Don't like this at all and definitely hate to see it. Dude who was handling my orders accidentally forgot the sweet fries and the manager started going off on him like he just committed the worst crime imaginable. Fix this kind of work environment. These are humans not slaves.

It has been several years since I have been to any Burgerville location, but decided today to try a Marion Berry milkshake. What a disappointment. The drive thru was very slow, and it seemed like my shake was made right as I ordered and sat for several minutes until I was at the window. This was one of the most runny shakes I have ever had, and it hinted at spoiled milk and the taste was off. It will probably be several more years before I return to Burgerville. Every aspect of this chain has fallen off which is why I have avoided them for so long.

Went there for green bean fries. They have discontinued them. Had burnt sweet potatoe fries instead. The burger was good.
