Too expensive for what you get. The size of items shrinks every year, this company is greedy. Also i dont want to tip people for drive thru service.

This was my second visit to a local Burgerville and for the second time, the burgers were cold, the buns were cold to the touch, the bacon was like rubber, and the burger was not even hot enough
to melt the cheese. For dropping close to $60 dollars you would expect better quality. Either start cooking your food to order or turn up the heat on your warmers.

Just went through the drive thru to grab breakfast. Initially told the system was down by a gentleman at the kiosk. Got to the window and it was a woman who read back the order and she said sandwiches instead of burritos so we inquired if the order was correct? She replied with attitude that she wasn’t the one who took our order. Got the food and got home and our order was missing the 3 hash browns. Interestingly enough she made sure, however, to let us 4 times that there was a question to answer when we paid for our order (aka solicitation for a tip for drive through service!)

BV's Sausage Crunch Biscuit is easily the best fast food breakfast sandwich money can buy. Being new to the area, I discovered this gem with the help of a friendly Burgerville employee (Grayson?). I was walking into the store at the same time this young man was starting his shift. While he was politely holding the door open for me, I asked what his favorite breakfast food was. He enthusiastically recommended the Crunch Biscuit and since then, it has become my wife and I's favorite treat (paired with an order of Biscuits & Gravy that we share).
We have returned to this location many times in the last 6 months and all of the staff we've encountered are as equally polite, friendly, and professional as that young gentleman who welcomed me in and suggested the Crunch Biscuit on my first visit.

This location is hands down the best Burgerville we've been to.

Maximum Burger

Inventive menu, excellent fries, probably 30% to 50% higher than typical fast food prices

Pretty good experience. Hot food good service short wait time..

I could pay 30% less and get a McAss sandwich that's *definitely* not 90% preservatives. Or I could pay up (slightly) and get something that's actually delicious and local. That's Burgerville.
