It's way overpriced for fast food. Better of going to proper restaurant for what you would pay at BV.I have added BV to places to avoid due to ridiculous pricing.Also, can't stand the new practice of asking for tips even through drive through.For clarification. Food is good. My issue is pricing.

Everyone is so kind here. I ordered through the drive thru and I found my burger wasn’t made to order but when I walked in someone immediately greeted me and asked if there was something wrong with my order. My new burger took less than 30 seconds to get out to me. Outstanding service!! My favorite Burgerville in the ‘couve!!

Food was so good I had to come back for seconds an hour later. The hamburger sliders were phenomenal, by far the best fast food around. Would highly recommend to anyone unless they are allergic to getting their taste buds finessed from this fire food. Amazing service and overall atmosphere. Words can’t describe the level of quality. Will be coming back.

Normally good service and good food for a fast food restaurant but in my opinion way too expensive for what you get. I would rather go to a "real" restaurant and get better food for almost the same price. Also the service was not up to it's normal par. We waited 20 minutes for our full meal at 8:30 in the evening.

Burgerville is increasingly expensive for the quality, amount of food, and service. The price of a simple cheeseburger, small fries, and a beverage approaches that of a tap house or fancy sit-down restaurant and the service is typically that of a big box fast food joint, and - while I am pro tipping - adding that to the mix only serves to exacerbate the high cost issue for this former regular customer.
