I had an issue through DoorDash and the dasher was struggling to explain what went wrong, and the manager on duty was so helpful and explained the situation. Then when I reordered they added a gift card for inconvenience. It really is the the little things sometimes—thank you!
I got a bacon cheeseburger and a regular fries and paid TEN DOLLARS AND SEVENTY FIVE CENTS !!!! The burger was 1/4" thick and the fries were hardly warm let alone fresh and hot. $10.75 is outrageous. Could have gotten the equivalent meal at McDonald's for HALF that price. Burger Ville has slid down hill BIG TIME.

I don't know why the workers have to argue with my order. I ask for 'no spread and no ketchup' and they say "so no sauce" and i let them know that sometimes i ask for no sauce and i still get ketchup so i was being specific and all they want to do is argue about it. I am sick of different burgerville locations having different teminology. It is the silliest thing considering how local they are.
