This location can not figure out how to get orders right. In a spread of maybe 6-months, we've had 15 different orders for various people in our large household. I would say out of those 15, maybe ONE was actually correct.
Always missing food. Always wrong items. Always missed instructions. I worked in restaurants for 20 years. Its truly not that hard.

Very expensive and the food is not very good. Paid $17 for NW burger meal and the burger was soggy and fries too crunchy. No wonder place was empty at dinner rush.

Food is good but WAY overpriced. Fast food staff expects tips even before you try your food (drive thru). It's too bad as this was a wonderful establishment. Not sure George Propstra (I went to his retirement party) would approve of the direction it went staff wise.
I asked for a burger and this is what I received. It’s pink. Definitely disappointed.
