Usually I Love burgerville, and am very happy that strawberry shakes are available in a non-dairy format.
But tonight I ordered a 1/2 lb Colossal burger with a gluten free bun…. That would be $5.00 more than the 1/4 lb reg colossal.
It was served to me animal-style with the bun still in a bag… and no sauces :(. I was also honestly expecting a single large 1/2 lb patty, not a double patty of 1/4’s…
This is why walking in and talking face to face is better than drive-thru…
I was hungry so I didn’t go back in for the sauces and just made up the burger…. but $5 extra for an un-made burger just seemed crazy.

$20 for a soggy and undercooked burger meal. Fries were old and cold...I could eat at a restaurant for less than that and get better food. Not coming back here.

Last night, we went to Burgerville and ordered four burgers (a 1/2 lb Colossal, a Plantville, and two originals), four fries, and two spread cups. The total was $52.83! I could spend less at Red Robin and get unlimited fries!
After paying at the window, we were told to park in the drive-thru waiting spot, as our food would take a bit longer. They said someone would bring it out soon. But we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes! Finally, my husband called the store, and they said they’d bring our order right out and explain what happened.
When the employee came, they told us our order had been given to another customer by mistake, so they had to remake it. We understand mistakes happen, but we can’t understand why no one came out earlier to let us know or check if we were okay waiting longer.
By the time we got home (just a 5-minute drive), our burgers and fries were cold and soggy, and the lettuce was brown and wilted—totally inedible.
Between the high prices, poor service, and declining food quality, we likely won’t be back anytime soon. Every time we order, we’re more and more disappointed.

I always enjoy coming to this Burgerville! Their employees are so kind! Their food is delicious like all Burgerville restaurants! I always ask for extra pickles, because I’m a pickle fanatic! I also have them add extra onions! I always look forward to their seasonal shakes! I love both the regular and the dairy free kinds!
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: They have delicious dairy free options, though they are quite high calorie!
Parking: It has a parking lot combined with other businesses.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love it there! They have really neat kids meals.

This is my second back experience here which is why I’m leaving a review. We went and there was no line in the drive thru and from what I could see not many people inside only one person ordering at the register. I say this only because I understand if they were really busy then maybe my frustration could be partially blamed on them being overwhelmed. Anyways, for three people our order was $58!!! I’m shocked at how expensive this place is for what you get. They charge almost $7 just to add fries and a drink to already over priced sandwiches ranging from $7-10 each. The drink and fries are also not very big portions which I get no one needs huge amounts of food but the price is not reflected in the product in my opinion. Our fries were soggy and luke warm. On top of that the girl (light hair and probably mid 20s) who handed us our food said literally nothing to us not even a response to my thank you. Just handed the bag and shut the window. Felt like we were imposing on her or something. They even ask for a tip here…no way! For these prices I hope the owners and paying their employees well however from this experience it seems like the employees are not happy at all.

Great as always, I genuinely love the new cowboy SLIDERS. Some people may be disappointed in the size of their SLIDERS if they lack 5th grade reading comprehension and think they are ordering a BURGER when they are really ordering a SLIDER. So make sure if you are extra hungry and ordering SLIDERS to order the double slider option and not the single SLIDER. And remember kids, always read the menu carefully and not just look at pictures!
I went in to the drive throu this afternoon to grab a quick bite to eat for my wife and I. I’ve been going to this burgerville for years and never had been treated with such disrespect and the food shows in it as well. A young blonde was work the window probably the lead. She was not just rude but she basically throws my food at me and doesn’t even say have a good day or anything. I’ve been in customer service for years and that isn’t someone I would want running my drive thru window that’s forsure.
