These guys have a nice little scam going on here. When you go to pay for your order through the drive through they asked for a tip there's nowhere on the card reader. That you can say, skip for the tip. So you have to have 1 through 3 on the tip. So you're forced to tip them. The cheapest tip is possible. I call that a scam cause they're. You cannot skip the tip. No, we're on the card reader says you can skip the tip. Massive scam.

He’s super friendly, personable, great attitude and makes you want to come back and eat there again. He’s amazing! Thank you Alden. You restored some of the faith I have in true customer service that’s missing at some of the other locations!

Waited close to 10 mins for a single colossal burger. The place was not busy, there was no one else waiting for their order inside the restaurant. Burger was missing sauce, COLD, stale and had no taste at all. Long wait for overpriced poor quality food

I'll be the one to come out and be honest and say the quite part outloud. Since burgervile introduced the tip options on their payment system, customer service went out the window. Drive through employees are becoming extremely rude when you skip the tip. I am going through the drive through and spending a small fortune to feed a family of 6. The prices are already inflated, which is expected for Fresh local food and on top of that I have to tip or face the rude treatment and snappy attitude? No thank you!

This place has gone way down hill. Food is not great and it's super expensive. Its hard to screw up a breakfast sandwhich but Burgerville managed to screw up both. Service was not good. The trans boy that helped me was very nice but didn't have a clue about the menu and seemed like he needed more training.

This location can not figure out how to get orders right. In a spread of maybe 6-months, we've had 15 different orders for various people in our large household. I would say out of those 15, maybe ONE was actually correct.
Always missing food. Always wrong items. Always missed instructions. I worked in restaurants for 20 years. Its truly not that hard.
