They have very juicy burgers. You can add or take away things, so that you get just what you like. Clean and bathrooms are nice. Great customer service with a lot of parking.

This webpage shows the Beyond Burger, the only reason I went. It's no longer on the menu & the kid at the window had never heard of it. Ok. Ordered a cheeseburger, ketchup only. I got a cheeseburger with pickles AND mustard, gross!

$6.99 for 3 thin short chicken tenders is beyond pathetic.

The order person needs to know how to add onions and leaf lettuce and hold the causes and add mustard on the computer order buttons. She did not, needed help, and therefore was not listening to my order. Did not double toast the bun eventhough I told her she may have to tell the cooks by voice no mustard and so few onions that they were not even there. I told her leaf lettuce by she had to ask me again. When I complianed, I was told it was a communication error, not true, it was not knowing how to input the order. no apology given, acted like it was my fault.

Went back in on 11-21-25 got soggey bread as the leaf lettuce was added wet. My order number was 95 and I was in at 4:10 PM. They did not give me a receipt so when i called they would not talk to me.

They told me to wait in the front for my order and never came out with it.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through, the fries and onion rings were old and hairy, took one bite out of the first burger and it also had hair. Geovanni was nice but seemed overwhelmed. I don't know how food safety is such an issue that somehow there was hair in even my fries. Also the drive through is very narrow and they clearly rarely clean the outside of the building.

It's one of my goto places for a good old American burger meal. Every once in a while, I treat myself to a big Carl burger .

Went through the drive thru and got a western bacon cheeseburger combo, was surprised it was $17 but whatever, not what I’m writing the review about. But got my food, got home, and there were no onion rings on it. For $17 I’d at least hope I’d get my complete burger. At that price the value isn’t really there if it was done right but I still chose to order it so I wouldn’t complain about that alone, just disappointing that I paid a fairly high price for a fast food burger and it wasn’t even right

I’m very disappointed with the service I received today.
The girl who helped me was extremely rude and unkind. I ordered a combo, but she gave me just a burger without fries or sauce, even though I paid for the full combo. I also asked for sauce for the chicken, but she didn’t give it. Her attitude really hurt me. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

17 dollars for a western bacon cheeseburger meal is insane. You can go eat at a high end burger spot for the same price. This is fast cheap quality food. No excuse for that. Can’t eat carls junior anymore no matter how much I like it.

Good food. Way better than mcds just a bit expensive.
