The dine in service was very good. Nice friendly staff greeted me as I walked in and graciously brought my order to the table. The food quality was lacking. While the over an appearance was good the taste was not. I ordered the big angus meal the beef tasted old With a touch of freezer burn. I would not recommend this burger.

I ordered food on the app today for the 2nd time. and had a co worker grab my food, for it to come back with the wrong burger and no fries or drink that was added. This is not only the 2nd time but when you try to call you either dont get through to anyone or when they do answer your asked to "hold" and the phone and the phone is set down for you to listen to people talk and laugh and never to be picked up and helped

Whatever happened to Hardee's? They call it Carls Jr here on the West Coast. The person I spoke to was so nice. Recommended something other than what I ordered to save me money. Thank you! It was edible but nothing great. Exactly as expected. I just needed calories and was in a hurry.

Went through drive through and got cold fries took them back in and ask for fresh ones. I watched her take the cold fries and throw them in the garbage, then out of the bin of cold fries she already gave me I watched her put them back in the fryer. I said I dont want double fried fries and asked for my money back.I left my wallet in the car with the card I used, I was so mad and discussed I left with no fries or my money! That's how you lose a regular customer.

I can't tell you why and you'll think it's just me.. fine, but I still gonna say every single time I ate the food here I get GI issues. Never any other equivalent restaurants such as Wendy, BK, McD, BV, or even JIB. Herr, this CJ, whatever reason or whatever they use, is causing issues.

I am finally fed up and now reporting.

9/10 times in the drive thru they make you pull around and park after paying for your food, even if there's no one else behind you. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru.

Clean place, friendly service, clean bathrooms, food better tasting than most other Carl's Jr's. NOTE: This Carl's has a Drive through!!
There is also a couple chicken burger options, Santa Fe sandwiches have grilled chicken and green poblano pepper and is a bit spicy hot. Delicious!!
