So never in my life have I gone to a Carl's Jr ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy on the side which I always do didn't get the extra gravy so I asked him about it and then the lady comes up and she's like oh well you didn't get charged for the extra gravy but yeah it says on my receipt that I got charged for the extra gravy had to go in and pay another $2.05 for extra gravy yet it says on my receipt that I paid then she just know that's not what that means so what does extra gravy mean if I got charged a $1.89 for extra gravy didn't get any extra gravy what does that mean? Does that mean you don't know how to do your job and you're overcharging people for a stuff so you're ripping people off?

I saw an ad for a free item with a minimum $1 purchase. When I tried to get the offer I was told it is for new app users. This detail was not clear in the ad.

Took grandkids here specially for the play area but it was closed. But we had a good lunch and staff was very nice and helpful

Good service, much better the burghers. The only thing I didn't like was that a hair came out inside the bourgeoisie. I was attacking the cashiers, but the hair looked like a cough. They didn't believe it, but the worst thing is that they always kept murmuring about where to get the hair from? Obviously, the ones who tie themselves up preparing the burgesses do not have their hair tied or tights to prevent hair loss, the same thing always happens, they think that I added my own hair, I want to buy it, it will not hurt, I am not asking for my refund or another burgess to clarify.
