Went specifically for the play area. It's still pictured but they no longer have it. Super disappointing and they should probably clarify online that it's no longer there. Went through the drive thru once we saw no play area and the food was cold and my husband's burger was incorrect. Will stick to mcdonalds or burgerking for the play areas.

It's a Carl's Jr, the food is just fine, but the staff here makes is great. Karina is often the employee I communicate with when I pick up my orders and she is so fantastic! She remembers me by name and remembers my order, to the point where if I forget to ask for something, she's able to rectify it before I know there's anything wrong. She is awesome and no matter what yall are currently paying her, I can promise you she deserves a raise.

This is sad I put in a mobile order for 6:15 and at 6:30 I show up and she says they gave my food away and I have to wait for it to be recooked, well I couldnt eat because I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work by the time I got somewhere where I can eat, they only gave me 2 sauces for my 5 piece chicken strips and didn't even apologize, this is ridiculous
