Just WOW! First of all: I highly recommend this place. I stayed in Seattle and was looking for a breakfast place- and i found it, not in Oregon but in Washington. Carol's Corner Cafe is a nice, small restaurant which has the unique charme of a workers restaurant- simple, honest and nothing fancy- which I really love when it comes to food.The portions are huge, i'm from Germany and not a huge eater, eapecially for breakfast- and i couldn't take it all. The price for Hashbrowns, Eggs and Bacon (my standard food) is low, the quality is amazing. The coffee is strong and bold, always topped up by the friendly staff.So if you're looking for a non-hipster-place to eat, drive over to Washington and check this place out.

Family owned diner with expected diner atmosphere. Generous food portions. Has been a staple of the local community for years and has always been excellent. Brought our 3 young (<4 yrs) kids here, and they were accommodating, and the kids had a fantastic time. Excellent first restaurant experience for them.Kid-friendliness: Excellent.

I had heard that the cinnamon roll here was good and it did not disappoint me. It was large and cooked all the way through with layers thin enough to provide a good amount of cinnamon flavor. The glaze was a bit too thick for my taste, but it is easy to remove and leave on the plate. This is an old school diner with large portions where the waitresses can carry 4 plates on their arms and will check on you often.
