Great food but hard to enjoy it when they close at 8pm
Been here once to try it with some family and we had a great time. The food is good everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Margaritas are excellent!! Atmosphere is good and fun and the orders came out fast.
What I liked most was the staff. Everyone was super helpful, polite, and on top of things. Keep up the great work your employees must enjoy working there.
Worth a stop in if you want some good mexican american style dishes and good drinks!
Chimichanga with pork carnitas and a cadillac margarita for me. Ill be back for another round.

We are new to the area, we got to the restaurant at 7:50pm because we saw the restaurant while looking for what to eat. They never mentioned the restaurant closes at 8pm. They sat us down and we ordered food. It took them about 15min to make the food and soon after they gave us the check without saying they were closed. Suddenly they said we had to leave….. feedback to this restaurant is next time let customers know you are about to close. If we had known, we would have left the restaurant instead of feeling rushed to eat our food that was barely put on the table. I don’t think it was okay for anyone in the restaurant to rush with our orders last minute. Thank you!
My mom wanted to try this place out. It was pretty good. Food was excellent. Staff were nice and friendly. We ordered enchiladas and table side guacamole. I also ordered a mojito. The mojito was a little water down. Other than that, no complaints!

The combo fajita was interesting, 3 strips of chicken, 3 strips of steak, & 6 shrimp and 4 tortillas. They charge $2 for more tortillas
The serving size was small for $30
The service was great
But they were in a hurry to get you out
They kept trying to take our plates that still had food on them.
They tried to take my son's Mac and cheese plate twice despite there being fries and Mac left

Good Mexican food. I'm a native Texan so it's hard for me to say great, but it is good! I recommend it.

All food was cold, cheese not melted even and this is the 3rd time. Where’s the health department at. Buy a microwave maybe.

Some of the best Mexican food in Clark County! The tableside guacamole is fabulous. Their lunch and happy hour menus are reasonably priced. I have not had anything I haven't loved! The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging.

Fantastically good margaritas! We ordered the combo with enchilada, tamale and chimichanga, the beans were wonderful and so were the enchilada and chimichanga. The tamale was less to our taste, but we ordered the chicken and the others may be better.

I don't know what happened to Casa Colima, but the quality has gone down despite the prices going up. The food is lackluster in flavor, the staff is either really polite or rude/not attentive. Today was a not attentive day, to the point where we were brought dinner menus during lunch. Had to request a correct menu, but wasn't allowed to make any modifications despite having a dietary restriction (which I will address more below). I've become increasingly more underwhelmed the last time few times I've visited this year. The server was hardly present today. Only stopping to bring us food and water as we were about to leave. No straws, had to ask multiple times for a to-go cup. It might seem nit-picky, but when places you used to love just continually change without any regard for customer service, it's upsetting. If they could work on quality service, better food portions, and flavor, they'd be worth visiting again.
Dietary restrictions: If you have celiac disease, a wheat allergy, or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, while the beans don't have flour, the ala crema does. This is not expressed on their menu, so be sure to read the menu before visiting or call to ask questions so you can feel comfortable when dining.
